Replaced our damaged garage door the day after we called them at a reasonable price. Service technician was very friendly and did an outstanding job. We detected a small noise a week later and they came right out and fixed it. Highly recommend!

Called for same day service a little before noon. In less than a hour, Ryan called with a 20 minute Eta. When the techs arrived, they explained the work to be done and price. They completed the job in around 45 minutes. Exceptional service. I highly recommend this company.

The insulated door is a big improvement. Installation was easy. Did have to ask Andrew back to fix some minor things, one issue that a trainee had caused. Andrew was polite, thorough, and solved it quickly. Pleased.

Great install- technicians did an excellent job. They were friendly, quick, and cleaned up after themselves. They even lubricated the door working parts. We’ll call them for the next door when it comes time. This was my third time using them. I will always use them. Ryan, did a great install.

So I got home one evening and my garage door wouldn't open. One of my torsion springs had failed. I called American Overhead Door and actually used their automated website to schedule an appointment. It was for 8 to 12 noon the next day. I got a phone call at 7:45 a.m. the next morning saying that guy would be there at 8:00. He was gone before 9:00. Replace both springs made sure everything was balanced. And adjusted my garage door opener. Very professional work. Quite happy and would definitely give them five stars.

Excellent Service I am beyond pleased with Access Garage Doors. Their response was very prompt. When Jake showed up he was polite and listened to the issue I was having with the door. As he examined the door he explained where the problem was and then repaired it as he spoke to me about how it may have occurred. He then showed me simple preventative maintenance procedures to apply in the future. I found the pricing fair and reasonable. The owner, Drake did a follow up call a couple of days later to make sure I was satisfied with the service provided. Super nice guy. I will use Access again in the future and recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you Drake and Jake, so grateful for your help.

We had problems with my garage door opener and we called another company, unfortunately they said we needed another unit. My husband remembered we called Access garage doors before and we called them again, this time CHASE came and he was extremely friendly and professional, he fixed it and now runs smoothly again. I will definitely recommend this company and experience and professional worker like Chase. Very pleased.
