Found this company from a Google search after finding and reporting mold to my apartment complex. I am not familiar with what to do when it comes to mold and my apartment complex was not handling it. They had sent someone out to the apartment over a month ago and I did not receive a report I called John and explained the potential mold I found in my bedroom on the windowsill. From the initial conversation, John gave me a verbal estimate and said he could send someone out asap. We sent up the inspection and Michael came out to the apartment to take samples to send to the lab. Thankfully, John and Michael worked efficiently and effectively. They sent me the lab results and an official letter regarding the inspection within 48 hours. I would recommend them for your service.

I recently moved and hired American Mold Inspections AGAIN! I told you, they're TOP NOTCH! Michael showed up again on time as always, and with a great personality. I was very impressed as he walked around my new home and showed me things that he was looking for. Things that you and I would never consider or think of when moving!!! He was very thorough as always!!! Michael performed the testing after his thorough inspection and thankfully, there's no mold in this home, so I moved in feeling safe and comfortable with my children. This is comforting to me considering the horrible ordeal I've been through with my previous landlord and mold in her house. Shame on landlords like her!!! I leave her in the Lord's hands to deal with. If you live in a home with Mold, I don't care what you have to do but get out!!! You or anyone else living there could die. A dear friend of mine died from Mold injury, and I live with her last words to me when she called me during her last moments and told me to get out of that house because it was going to kill me too. Please don't stay in your moldy house. Figure it out and get out! Landlords will never do what they're supposed to, at least most won't. Hiring John & Michael to do the mold testing is your first step to figuring out what you're going to do next. It's worth every penny. Your life is worth every penny! Stop second-guessing yourself and just hire them!!! They are a company that cares and you're safe in their hands. Definitely going to hire them again when I move or when my kids buy a house I will have a test tested before they buy it !!! Feel free to message me with any questions as some already have.

PROMPT RESPONSE & HELP. I called for an inspection, today, to have my father's house inspected asap for a black mold issue. I came to help him following a recent surgery and I discovered a spot of black mold on a wall in his room and removed it w/tilex, which he had handy...The next day I found some other areas and began a DIY clean-up.
