Shunny conducted an in depth review of the new duplex that my family is purchasing, and we couldn't have been happier with him. His final report was a nearly 70 page PDF and included everything from the more serious fixes down to loose nails and recommendations for longer term maintenance of appliances. I have hired Shunny to inspect my home purchases 3 times. On all occasions he is nothing but professional, thorough, and realistic in his recommendations.
