The maintenance and repairs that have been completed by American Chimney Gutter & Roofing over the years has allowed us to use our fireplace with peace of mind. Rich has sealed our roof vents, replaced cracked parts on our gas/wood fireplace, cleaned our chimney, and installed gutter guards. Every job was completed on time and with professionalism. Rich and team did a great job. They solved an issue that another gutter company could not. Do not go with a gutter cleaning company that does not use a ladder or get on the roof and does not physically clean out the elbows, etc./companies that use a vacuum from the ground to clean gutters (terrible!).
American Chimney Gutter & Roofing, Inc. installs a special product by "LeavesOut" which employs the Coanda Effect to keep water entrained along its surface while rejecting detritus (leaves, etc.). The Coanda Effect is used in advanced aircraft wings to increase lift, but it is an effective way to separate roof water from materials on the roof. American Chimney Gutter & Roofing, Inc. went out of their way to accommodate my desire to replace this product, because they do not usually work in my area. I wanted a replacement that mirrored the product that I had installed some 13 years ago which employed the Coanda Effect, but which had been damaged in a recent hail storm that required the re-shingling of my entire roof. Rich Hyde and he crew were most accommodating, coming outside of their normal service area to do this install.

I want to recommend Rich Hyde and his company, American CGR. They replaced our chimney several years ago, replaced my roof a couple of months ago, and just last week installed gutter guards. Today, they came back to check out a leak onto my screened porch, which I thought was related to the gutter guards installation. It turned out to be house siding that needed to be nailed down. No charge, even though it wasn’t their responsibility! Nice people, good workmanship, trustworthy.
