Super fast service, though that might have been due to being right in front of the dispatch 😆. The driver was very nice, he asked if I wanted help, and didn't just start grabbing things. Which I didn't realize I appreciated, but I did.
The driver was watching videos on Instagram while driving, but at least he wasn't speeding. 😶. Even so, I'd use again. At no point did I feel unsafe, so there's that. 👍

The worst damn service ever. I called for a cab the female dispatcher told me my cab will arrive in 2 min. I've been waiting on this gray Toyota for 30 min. Called back tht same female dispatcher sent a different driver. The idiot female driver did not know where 149th morris ave was located.. called the female dispatcher back. N of course she don't care.. all she had to say was that she was sorry. No sympathy. But what more can u ask or expect from a cab dispatcher smh. N if you don't know your way around NYC. Don't be a cab driver. If you are undocumented n working under the books. At least study your way around NYC. This was the worst experience ever. N I was a whole hour late for work. Not to mention I had to stop a random cab for the pick up n my ride was only 10 bucks. American base was still trying to overcharge me after they had me waiting nearly an hour.
