Everyone was very nice and helpful. It’s not your typical medical centre. It’s very welcoming and relaxing. I arrived and checked in very quickly. The GP was very kind and sympathetic. It was nice to have the pharmacy right around. I would recommend this place if you are a visiting foreigner.
Making the appointment was very easy online. I booked early in the morning for an 1130 appt. Many options available for appts.
This was a very pleasant experience.

Wonderful practice in Paris. I needed a prescription that I normally get in the States and the team was very helpful. Easy to book appointments online. The center is pristinely clean with modern comfort and style while you wait. The receptionists were professional and accommodating. The doctor we met with was fantastic, knowledgeable, and met all of our needs. We also appreciated how fluent in English everyone in the office was. Highly recommend!
Je recommande vivement! Après plusieurs moi à souffrir d’une peau très sèche et avoir consulté plusieurs spécialistes, mr Assouline a trouvé le traitement parfait et en une semaine plus rien ! Une très bonne analyse et un excellent diagnostic, un grand merci Docteur! Le centre est doté d’excellents appareillages d’analyses qui met met vraiment le patient en confiance. Unfortunately, I booked an appointment here online via the American Medical Center Paris website, and when I came in for my appointment, the secretary said that because I have a carte vitale (french social security), I can only be seen if I pay a very high premium. I asked why this would be, and why can't I be seen during the appointment I booked and pay the french fees? She said this won't work and that I have to book on doctolib to pay the lesser fee, for which there is a 3-month waiting list. There is nothing indicated on the American Medical Center Dermatology page about this fee/carte vitale particularity--I booked there because I wanted to speak to an English-speaking dermatologist, which is what the center is known for. I find it silly that I booked an appointment online and was not able to be seen because of some strange administrative red-tape that is not clearly explained on the website.
Making the appointment was simple but unfortunately I had a bad experience. When I made the appointment I selected what my issue was (conjunctivitis/cold). The appointment was accepted. Unfortunately when I arrived I was told that they were only seeing dermatology patients and there was no one who could help me. I would recommend not being able to schedule specific appointment types if there is no one available to help you.
