Great relaxing place! Mandy is great. I have really sensitive skin that for some reason got completely out of wack about 2 years ago.I was new to the area and found an office that after a few months of prescribing different prescriptions and high price products, things did not improve but continued to get worse. I knew I needed to find another place. I am very happy I found Amenity and Mandy. After analyzing my skin she knew exactly what I need to do to correct my issue. It began with discontinuing everything I was using and starting with a simple basic routine to calm my skin and then slowly adding treatment for my sensitive skin. It did not work overnight however my irritated skin was no longer irritated within days. Gradually my skin began to get back to normal . I was disappointed when the manufacturer discontinued one of the products I was using. Mandy knew exactly what I needed to use to replace it. I am very pleased and thankful for Mandy. I honestly would recommend Amenity Esthetics Day Spa to anyone who is looking for great skin care. They also offer a complete line of services there hair, nails, massages ,Botox, and lots of other procedure. Check it out on their website.
I've been going to see Rubi for facials, threading, and dermaplaning for years. She's the best! The service is always great and thorough. Definitely recommend Rubi and Amenity!

I come all the way from Florida to go to Amenity! Seriously , I visit my daughter in VA a few times a year and we always make time to relax and do some treatments at Amenity. The atmosphere is great and the people are all so nice. I loved my massage and facial today! Until next time!

We wanted to support a small business but unfortunately left disappointed. A couple of years ago, we bought two gift cards for my mom and MIL, $150 each. Fast forward to several months ago after my MIL remembered she had the gc and made an appt for her and my wife. When it came to pay, the receptionist told her she only had about $87 left on it. This could not have been true as my MIL had never been here. After digging around, it looked like my dad (who used my mom’s gift card) had a credit used towards his massage that matched up with my MIL’s gc number. The receptionist could not figure out how this happened and said the manager will call to follow up. System showed my dad using my mom’s gc that was purchased by us but then a credit applied to his balance. That credit deducted from my MIL’s gc. How does this even happen?!
Well my MIL got a call but it was the receptionist telling her they were still looking into it. We get mistakes happen, even as weird as this one but there was no follow up on the spa’s behalf. Never got a call back from the manager. My MIL never got a refund on $63 or whatever that went missing from her gc. It’s disappointing to say the least that we paid $150 for it and she had to from the rest based on their system’s mistakes. Only giving 2 stars bc the massages were reportedly decent but the management did not handle this situation well. Be wary if you plan on gifting a gc this holiday season, you might not get the full amount!

I had the most amazing facial with Reid. It’s been years since I’ve had one and I felt like I deserved to treat myself today. I’ve been going to Reid for years, but just for waxing. She always does a great job with the waxing, so I knew I wanted to have her do my facial as well. Reid pampered, massaged, rubbed, oiled, and steamed me for an hour. I left there feeling like my skin glowed. I highly recommend Reid and Amenity for all your spa needs.
