I called Mike to help me get rid of some ants and spiders I was beginning to see in my house. He came out the same day and sprayed my house inside and out, including under the eves of my house. We bought our home a year ago and discovered that birds had been nesting under the roof and eaves for quite some time. We hired Mike Dell to identify the problem areas and provide a mitigation plan. M&S Wildlife and Pest Control is amazing and is highly recommended. I emailed them on a Sunday, and even though it was the weekend, Mike called back the same day. He came out the very next day and spent hours inspecting my house and crawling underneath to find access points for animals.
You can tell that Mike has a very high level of expertise, as he could identify which animals were burrowing under the house based on various clues, such as footprints. Additionally, he put a lot of thought into how to solve a complex problem, including placing a camera to detect which animals are entering and egressing the crawl space under the house, figuring out how and when to properly seal a torn vent, and how to solidify the perimeter in order to minimize future problems with animals.
M&S Wildlife and Pest Control really cares about their customers. Mike answered every question put to him, and was always happy to share his knowledge and expertise. M&S Wildlife and Pest Control is highly, highly recommended.
