Amazing Properties Bangkok Reviews

I usually don’t provide service reviews but Gun and Amazing Properties (AP) remain splendidly exceptional. So Gun helped me find and lease a really, nice new Phra Khanong condo for a year. She facilitated lease negotiations, signing and move-in. After 9 months or so, I had to return home for a family emergency. She helped handle all the move-out details, letting the condo owner know my situation, ensuring maintenance and cleanings were done. She exceeded expectations superbly so that my transition was successful, seamless and helped get my complete 2-month deposit transferred according to the lease agreement. I highly recommend Gun and Amazing Properties to help with a move to Thailand and I will use their help again should I return there.

My After-Sales-Review: With the gorgeous help of Michael I finally found "My Property" and I am very happy with it ! I have to emphasize how effective their support was ! Due to the fact that I am in the real-estate business in my home country, I am really picky with a personal property where I live in. Even after having visited many properties, Michael never got tired to show me new offers which would possibly even fit better to my needs. The whole purchase process has been accompanied very professionally and with all kind of tips and help. Extremely necessary if you are first time buyer in Thailand with banks, land department, electricity and other governement belongings. And with all the little, but important details we, as farang, don't know how to handle. My personal verdict: It's very helpful and can make the difference to have experienced expats doing the realtor job as they see it from the perspective of a foreigner. And even now after having done the whole job, they are still there for me if I need help 🙏 I can only highly recommend Amazing Properties and would do any purchase with them again.

I contacted Amazing Properties to find a Bangkok condo to rent after seeing Expat YouTube video recommendations for the company. I received excellent service from Gun. Moving to Bangkok was challenging, but working with Gun made it much easier. She is knowledgeable about the local market, listened carefully to my housing needs, and quickly found several good options that fit my budget and preferences. The process went smoothly, and Gun even assisted me in getting Internet service set up and installed (and did some troubleshooting, too!). I highly recommend their services for anyone looking to rent a condo in Bangkok!

Had an amazing time with my realtor Gun. She had some properties available for me to view before I even arrived in Bangkok. By the 5th viewing I found the condo I wanted, and now living here happily for two weeks so far. The company set up my utilities and internet which was very helpful as well.

Grace from Amazing Properties Bangkok helped me find exactly the kind of apartment I was hoping to rent. The whole process was professional and smooth from beginning to end. Grace immediately understood what my requirements were and presented me with great options. It only took two viewings to find my perfect place. She discussed my wish to convert the second bedroom of the apartment into a home office with the owner and in general took care of all the communication and paper work. When I moved in the next week, everything including Internet was already taken care of. I couldn't be more happy with the service I received and would highly recommend the property agency.
