I dealt with Dominick in selling a home that needed a lot of work. He was forthcoming with discussing the costs of the work to be done, and how he arrived at the offer amount. It was very fair. In fact, his offer exceeded those I received from conventional real estate brokers representing investors. I was warned about going with a 'quick-cash buyer'. Perhaps there are others who you should avoid, but Dominick is a man of honesty and integrity and the final check was what he had promised. I wouldn't hesitate to call him and use Amazing Offers should I ever need to sell a house again.
