PA-C Brian was fantastic and made sure to ask questions about my answers as well as my stye. Unfortunately an older front desk worker tried to argue with me about my own insurance, then sent out the claim to be billed as out of pocket, and then lied to me over the phone after I checked with their billing department who reassured me that the claim was infact billed as out of pocket.
Dr Tarbet is the most pleasant caring doctor I have met! That says a lot because I have seen many many doctors in my 81 years. I have never come across a doctor that actually offered a handshake before starting The exam. And that was only the beginning of the consult.
Amara & Kristin Tarbet's name just came up while I researched a pretty extensive & expensive new treatment I'm considering. Something seemed familiar about the name. And then I remembered. Kristin was completely disrespectful and wasted a huge amount of my time a couple of years ago when I was looking for a much simpler treatment. I requested a quick phone chat with her, if possible. I'm very selective about who I work with, especially for cosmetics, and a quick call is enough to tell if we can communicate well without wasting either mine or the provider's time. If they wont even speak to me for 5 minutes, well, then I've learned something about them. The receptionist said she would ask, then came back saying that would be fine, even giving me a specific time Kristin would call between appointments. Hooray. Except, Kristin didn't keep her word. I honestly forgot about it and then looked back on the calender, wondering what happened, maybe my phone didn't ring? So I felt bad and called the office. The poor receptionist girl had been tasked with the job of telling me that Kristin "changed her mind" and now refused to speak to me. Wow! Talk about a complete lack of integrity! I wouldn't trust this woman to babysit my dog, let alone mess with my face! Keep your promises, Kristin! That's what integrity means. No one can trust you if you don't act trustworthy with your actions. And you are not so high and mighty that you can't spend 5 min on the phone with a potential client. You lost a few hundred that day, but today, when I was shopping for something even more expensive, you lost several THOUSANDS. And triple that over the next few years, too! A little something that smart people figure out early- give people a little grace and be a little generous with your time, and it pays you back many, many times over!
Dr Tarbet is an extraordinary talented physician and surgeon. Her office staff is very supportive with good communication. I was delighted with her work. I highly recommend her for her professionalism, clear consultation, and outstanding results.
I was very impressed with Dr. Tarbet's assessment and understanding of my concerns. She discussed my options for treatment and helped me pick a plan that met my needs.
