i tried altair’s coffee a few days ago at a valima. i initially didn’t want to get anything but was convinced of getting a matcha & boy im so glad i was. as a recent matcha revert, i LOVED their strawberry matcha. i tried one sip and told all my girls to try it as well and next thing we know, we’re in line to order another 3 strawberry matchas. wallah, i never had anything as good as that and i still reminisce about the drink till today. i think the secret is the syrups being home made and they nailed it right on. my matcha standards have raised bc of altair!
Ahmed, is an absolute legend! Brother is an engineer, and he has engineered this mango matcha to the perfection! Idk what’s better, his hospitality, or the coffee, but the love he puts into his work, speaks volume the first sip you take. Highly recommend this to anybody looking for an AMAZING cup of coffee, served by someone with great nature and mannerism! I have tried mango matcha at 10 different places, and this hands down takes the legend card! May you have more baraqah in your business!

We had the pleasure of attending a graduation celebration hosted by our brother for their kids, and it was truly a memorable experience! The entire event was beautifully planned, and one of the standout elements—aside from the joy of the occasion—was the incredible food and drinks that were thoughtfully curated for the guests.
The Indo-Chinese menu from The Spice Garden in Round Rock, Texas was a delightful fusion of flavors, perfectly balancing spice and savor. Each dish reflected authentic taste with a modern flair, making it a hit among guests of all ages.
What really made the afternoon even more refreshing—especially in the summer heat—was the Altair Coffee booth. They created a cozy yet vibrant corner where guests could enjoy their specialty drinks. Their Turkish Blend was a standout, offering a rich and aromatic experience that true coffee lovers could appreciate. The menu was beautifully tailored for the season, featuring:
• Latte – smooth and comforting
• Brown Sugar Vanilla – subtly sweet with a deep, mellow finish
• Turkish Cold Brew – bold, smooth, and incredibly refreshing
• Lemonade Refresher Mocktail with Raspberry & Mango – a bright and fruity burst of summer in every sip!
Altair Coffee brought not only high-quality beverages but also an inviting, relaxed vibe that encouraged guests to linger, sip, and enjoy the moment.
Overall, the combination of heartfelt celebration, delicious cuisine, and thoughtfully selected beverages made for an unforgettable event. Hats off to our hosts and the wonderful vendors that helped bring it all together!

Altair lattes are truly an art you experience with every sip. I tried the Turkish and the brown sugar vanilla and both are a hit. I like that they have a decaf option too. It’s a family owned business and the owners are very nice and hospitable
