ALS service
We've had 3 homes now under ALS service and cannot say more positive things about their service and assistance with our homes. First class friendly and personal service. As remote owners this is extremely important to us and ALS has proven to be top first class. Thanks Arthur!!

Our Experience with A.L.S. Security Solution has been excellent from planning through installation. Arthur Brown listened to our needs and worked with us to achieve what we were looking for in our home security cameras. The installation was done in a timely manner with very qualified and professional workers.
ALS Security Solutions helped make our short term rental vacation homes manageable. They provided home security and automation solutions that enable us to maintain our homes and keep them secure. Their solutions ensure guest comfort while giving us the ability to set parameters for our guests that give them control while keeping our utility bills in check, and security solutions that remove the worry of threats to our homes or overt or accidental overstepping by our guests. Update: 11/11/25 - Came back and seamlessly handled a small problem with one of our locks - handled it under warranty with no charge. First-class service!
Original Post: Fantastic service and work. We had our existing system updated and for ALS to take over the monitoring, they were professional at every step and made the transition seamless. Highly recommend!
