Alpy Transfers provided absolutely outstanding service and I can’t recommend them highly enough! When our FlixBus was cancelled at the last minute with no alternative offered, we quickly booked an Alpy shared transfer from Chamonix to Geneva and had confirmation in our inbox within minutes. The bus left exactly on time, the seats were comfortable and our driver made us feel completely safe and at ease the whole way. Truly a lifesaver and a fantastic experience overall!

Terrible service - avoid if you are a single female
Terrible! Avoid this service Booked transfer from Geneva airport to chamonix. Paid the extra cost for direct service to hotel door. Driver did not know where hotel was despite it being on of the bigger hotels in chamonix (La Folie Du) dropped me late in evening further Down the road ie a hill. When I questioned him he said he ‘didn’t have time ‘ ! I was on my own / last passenger and felt very vulnerable, was dropped on side of road in late evening and driver drove off. Worse still I noticed my suitcase was ripped. Alpy bus ignored my complaint.
Min fru och jag fick två separata transfers med en timmes mellanrum från Chamonix till Geneves flygplats trots att vi hade bokat samma tid. De bokade helt plötsligt om en av oss med förklaring att bussen blivit full. När man sedan ringer deras kundtjänst och ber om hjälp för att i alla fall komma med samma transfer (det finns plats) trots att tiden inte passar oss, då ska de ha betalt för att göra det. Hade vi vetat att det skulle bli så mycket problem med Alpy hade vi aldrig bokat med dem. När vi senare förhör oss hos Chamonix turist information så berättar de att de slutat samarbeta med Alpy eftersom det är så mycket strul. Boka inte med Alpy, det finns flera andra seriösa transferbolag på sträckan mellan Geneve och Chamonix.

Great experience , took a transfer from Zurich airport down to St.Moritz, the driver knew a lot about the area , spoke good English . Helped with the luggage getting in and getting out .
