I had wind damage on my roof and Alpine was the only company that answered my call. (Another company filtered my online request to other roofers that still spam me to this day). Alpine worked with my insurance and were very patient throughout the whole process. They never hassled. The roof replacement was super fast, two days, Friday and Saturday and they were done! The roofers that came out were friendly and courteous. I couldn't be more happy with the tile colors we chose that match the newly painted house. My pictures won't do it justice and if I could leave 6 stars I would, thanks again...

Had an appointment for an estimate on March 25th 2026 scheduled for 9am. Waited around for approximately 45 min and no one called or showed up. I called them and they said they can't get ahold of their employee. I was told they would give my info to someone else and they would call me back. At that point, I told them to cancel. I stated it was bad for business and that I would go somewhere else.

I loved the quality of the work and ease of the process, my only complaint was the amount of time it took to even get the ball rolling communication was lacking between the contractor myself and my insurance.

No call no show for our scheduled appointment date/time. I have had zero luck getting ahold of anybody other than the receptionist who told me on two different days that I would be getting a call back. No luck so far. Super disappointing considering how many awesome reviews this company has. My time is important to me and having it wasted is a 1 star experience to me. I’ll update this review if I ever get a call back.
Update: this is intended for alpine roofing and I have the right page. After talking with Christine and Ben (who was a little accusatory) it sounds like their call center made am error and never scheduled anything despite saying they would. I am supposed to have somebody come out at 5pm today (still haven’t gotten an email confirmation yet) and will update further .
Final update 3/19/2026 my appointment was confirmed with Oscar, one of the techs. Got a call from the operations manager who said that due to my frustrations at the company it would be best for them to cancel and not perform the work. Hopefully they get their AI scheduling system figured out to avoid wasted time in the future. I’ll keep monitoring this review to ensure it stays up for others to see.

I haven't had a good time with alpine roofing so far. No call/no show to their appointment made over 24 hours in advance. When I called to ask what the timeline might be they said somebody would call me back. Next day nobody called me back, so I called them and was once again was told somebody would call me back. I am currently still waiting for that phone call so I may update this review depending on how it goes. Got a new roof from Alpine Roofing in 2023. Between 2025 and spring of 2026 a leak developed on my patio roof that is attached to the house roof. I called Alpine on Thursday just looking for someone to take a look at the issue and give me some options. Alpine came later that day, and by the following Monday I had a new patio roof. It was covered under warranty. The roofers were professional during the job and cleanup. I can't say enough good about Alpine. I highly recommend them.

He walked me throughout the entire process look at my roof with attention to detail..my roof is only 15 years old and was worried with the high winds that we had that there was damage. Excellent service, quick response time and value.
I made a phone call to Alpine Roofing after the high winds and had someone out the same day did a quote. They had pricing below the other companies AND were able to get my roof taking care of the next day.
The gentleman that came to my house was professional and thorough. He cleaned up at the end and asked if I had any questions regarding what happened did and supplied me with photos of his work.
The interactions between the person to give me a quote, scheduler and the roofer were all At.
I would definitely recommend using this company and will use them moving forward.

Affordable, efficient, reliable service at Alpine. Application staff are diligent and respectful of customers requests. Efficient and productive in their application process applying roof system expeditiously. I greatly appreciate the crew removing the old non working chimney (truly an eye soar to my home’s exterior look). As well as stabilizing insulation that was disrupted during the roof installation process. Professional application of Top Tier products.
Project manager Dave has been a fantastic professional and knowledgeable of entire process from start to finish.
