Alpine has been fantastic to me and my family, particularly Jon Choi. Jon was attentive, knowledgeable, understanding, patient, and kind. He walked us through every step of the process and made sure we fully understood what was going on. He was there to answer all of my texts (there were a ton of questions I asked). Every morning he sent me a quick text to let me know where we are in the process and what is happening next. The whole process was simple and quick. If you are thinking of using Alpine, you can do so knowing you are in safe hands. Ask for Jon- he will make you feel like you are his only client and your file is the most important thing he is working on! Thank you, Jon, for all your help!!
To get a loan was nerve racking, to say the least. As soon as I called Alpine, I was introduced to Jesal. She was so kind, helpful and most importantly, there was not even a hint of judgement. My parents don't speak English and she went above and beyond to find a lawyer who spoke the language and set everything for my parents. It was great working with her, it's hard to find amazing customer service these days but Tanya was amazing.

Applied for a loan and was approved for less than what I was asking and when asked to see that documentation I was refused.
What company refuses you to loan documentation you need to sign stating company policy for fraud. Thank goodness I refused their approval and went to my bank to get a straight forward clear cut transparent loan!! No hidden fees or issues with company fraud policy !!! After reading many reviews I am so very happy I refused to their offer!! Too many horror stories in the reviews, thus all those people certainly can't be wrong !!
BUYER BE WARE OF COMPANIES LIKE ALPINE CREDITS......
They are worst than a loan shark !! If they were transparent they would provide the documents up front before signing !!! Get this sign and you have 10 days to change your mind !!! Ya Right ...I wasn't born yesterday !!! This is a binding contract your asking me to sign so what is the problem of me reviewing it if it is suppose to be transparent ??? If i could i would give negative stars for this company and how the treat their customer !! Nothing but pure arrogance as they know your in need and they can take full advantage of your circumstances !! The government should actually investigate and close them down!!
