This company is criminal. If you’re considering it, dont. We got a loan to “help us” and their name being attached to your mortgage is damaging. We paid almost 20 grand over 3 years and our loan did not move. It was more than what we started with. The interest fees are criminal. You will never pay off this loan you can pay for years and the amount never goes down. It should be illegal these loan shark places. Its even worse is they attach themselves to your mortgage. Think twice before getting a loan from them.

Alpine Credits provided me with a loan to consolidate my debts when banks would not even consider me even though I had equity in my home and had adequate income. Alpine Credits were very efficient and prompt and I received the funds in my account in a very short amount of time after applying for the loan. Bev was honest, prompt and efficient through the entire process and very understanding of my situation. I highly recommend Alpine Credits as they perceive people as individuals versus an asset or liability. My experience with a bank made me feel like a number and Alpine Credits made me feel like a person!
It can be an anxiety trigger when looking for help but all that went away when I dealt with alpine credit and my agent Jasel was an amazing help in guiding me through it. She always answered any questions or concerns that I had and Kevin the lawyer made it even easier. I would recommend the easy inquiries as they listened all the way. This is not a good option as they’re interest rates are very high. I suggest you borrow money from friends or a trusted family member. Once your in it’s awful haul to dig your way out. I had to work twice as hard to pay off the small loan I asked for. Please never use this company!! Avoid if all. possible. They’re not super hero’s. Just another avenue to take from you. It does not out you ahead of any financial situation you might be in.
Within 3 weeks of my brother's death, we were informed he had a line of credit with Alpine. Within 4 weeks of his death they started harassing myself and his widow for immediate payment. They were relentless. I have never been so disgusted with the behaviour of people as I was with the people representing this company. Absolutely NO compassion or regard for due process. Special thanks to Kathy and Sarah for making our lives a living hell.
I wish i could put zero stars. I have been paying them for 4 years now and the principal balance is higher than when i started, these types of loans should be illegal. I have paid them almost double what I originally borrowed. Don't get this loan, wouldn’t recommend. Total scam. Run far away.
Bev De Vos she was the best person to work with my credit application for the second mortgage loan.She knew what she was doing, and very knowledgable on all sides. I will always call her if I need anything to be done for my personal use or my business use. I really hope the company will keep her forever such a sweet person to work with.
Had a great experience with Alpine Credits and especially Bev from start to finish and beyond, what a breath of fresh air in the difference in customer service she has over what you get from the major banks these days. Alpine should be very happy they have you working for them. Keep up the great work!
I had the pleasure of doing business with Shakeil Pinder from Alpine Credit. He is a very professional person and gets back to your emails and communications right away. He also tries his best to get you a good interest rate for your loan. I will recommend Alpine Credit to anyone who needs to consolidate their debts!
