Alex was fantastic to work with! Came on short notice to service 2 gas fireplaces. Friendly to chat with, did an exceptional job and helped inform while he troubleshooted the issues. Was also very fairly priced and added a fair amount to the invoice for the additional unexpected work which required dissasembling more of the fireplace to expose the issues. He also took the time to clean them and leave them shining. Thank you Alex! We will happily return to you for additional HVAC/gas requirements.

Just had my furnace cleaned from ALP Heating. The technician was polite, on time, efficient and also did a walk through with me after the service explaining everything. They are also reasonably priced. So happy will definitely use them again.

Enbridge issued the safety violation reports to my house. They were regarding the fireplaces and gas pipe. My friend recommended calling Alex (ALP Heating) who did work for him before. I called and Alex came very quickly. He changed some faulty parts on the fireplaces and addressed other issues mentioned in the reports. Everything was done quickly and very professionally. In a few days I received a letter from Enbridge that they are satisfied with the quality of work done and no more actions from me are required. In the future, in case of any issues related to fireplaces, furnace or water tank, I will call Alex to have the issue fixed quickly and at reasonable cost.

Out of all the companies I contacted for home humidifier and water mixer servicing, Alex was by far the most responsive and professional. He was able to come over right the next day and fix several issues in our house. We will be sure to contact him again next time!

Imagine returning home after a long trip in the winter, stepping inside, and finding the temperature at just 13 degrees. The furnace isn’t working. And this is right before the weekend. You start frantically Googling furnace repair services, making calls, only to find that some don’t work on weekends, while others try to sell you something instead of identifying the issue. Then, you call ALP Heating, explain the problem, and Alex comes over right after finishing his previous appointment. He diagnoses the issue, finds out the control board is broken, locates where a replacement is available, drives there immediately, installs it, and voilà—the problem is solved, and your home is warm again. If only all services worked like Alex! Thank you once again!
