I chose Alpha as my main review center for the 2025 Real Estate Licensure Examination.
Alpha’s program is COMPREHENSIVE yet TARGETED. The program focuses on quality over quantity. It covered all exam topics and the coaches provided us with just the right level of information to prepare us for the exam. This was a crucial requirement for me as someone who juggles other responsibilities while the review was ongoing.
The videos and summarized notes were ACCESSIBLE 24/7. I liked the way the SELF-PACED course materials were organized. Bullet points, keywords and visual aids helped me retain the information as I read through each material. I also liked how there was a 10-question quiz at the end of each topic to check if I really understood each section before I moved on to the next. I was out of town for most of the review period but I was able watch the class recordings during my free time. If a topic was quite challenging, I would replay the section in the video multiple times until I fully comprehended the topic.
Alpha had A LOT of mock exams that were accessible anytime which allowed me to practice in the most EFFICIENT and PURPOSEFUL manner. They ranged from easy, to moderate to difficult. You would immediately see what your wrong answers were and the coaches trusted us that we would work on learning from our mistakes. Again, this was crucial for me to see the correct answers right away so I retain them, instead of trying to answer the entire mock exam multiple times just to know what the correct answer was for the few questions I missed.
Thank you Alpha mentors for the opportunity to review with you. Even if I only had 2 months to review for the exam, you helped me make the most efficient use of my time and helped me land on 6th place in the 2025 Real Estate Appraiser topnotcher list.

I did not enroll in other review center, ALPHA is enough 😊. Their website is very helpful to stay organized in my review journey. Materials are sufficient and updated. I almost landed in top 10 with just 0.5 points short. Nevertheless, I am very thankful that I chose ALPHA. Thank you and wishing you more success!

Honestly, preparing for the REBLEX and the REALEX was very challenging for me, because of my work, health, and family. However, ALPHA Review Center gave me an exceptional experience. They provide every reviewee more than enough tools to make it and pass. I remember Coach Teddy once said about the outlier, and I received it in my heart. I may not ace the quizzes every time, but I belong to the outlier who passed the licensure exam not just once but twice this year. From start to finish, their support, dedication, and quality of instruction were truly outstanding. The coaches are knowledgeable, approachable, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure every reviewee will pass the licensure exams. What stood out was the encouraging and motivating environment they created—it felt like they genuinely cared about our success. I love all the quotes that end every lecture or topic, which I honestly subconsciously look at in the actual board exam 😊
