These guys were terrible. They did my house and it was a horrible experience. So much to list. Josh I'm not putting my info on here. You came out to fix a few things that your guys did. But there was a huge list of wrong doings. Stuff not to code, getting charged for circuits that were not done. Grounds not hooked up....

I’m pretty certain you have the wrong company, there are more than one alpha omega electric companies in California and you wouldn’t be the first to mix us up. Please direct message us the address if you still believe that it was us, so we can find out what happened. We keep a very keen eye on all projects and I know for certain that we do not charge people for items that are not installed.

You can also call us at 831-566-0612. As stated in many other reviews, on the off chance we did make a mistake we stand behind our reputation and make things right given the opportunity.

AOE is my go-to electrician for life. I had an issue years ago and got three quotes. One was super low and unprofessional for reasons I don't want to go into, one was an insane over-bid where they wanted to replace everything back to the PGE line. AOE came in with the sane, perfect, and reasonable solution and everything has been perfect since then. They are going to do some more work (additions, not repairs) in the next couple weeks and the next time I have an electrical issue they will be the first and only company I call. They are that good. Zach R was incredibly professional and friendly. He clearly communicated what needed to be done and completed the job quickly at a high level of quality.

Alpha and Omega have become our go to call for electrical work as we slowly fix up our 1970s house a piece at a time. This time we upgraded our panel, generator hookup, and grounding. Once again Ryan helped us devise a game plan, and Zach and Alex did a thorough job coordinating with PG&E and completing the job in one day. They were able to get permits very quickly. Will continue to use Alpha and Omega and would recommend for anyone that needs thorough worked executed quickly.

We had an emergency electrical issue at our house that turned out to be a much larger project than we initially though it would be. Alpha Omega recognized that the situation was emergent, and moved their schedule around to accommodate our needs that day. Ryan was the technician, and he was great to work with. He walked me through the options and alternatives, explained what the work would involve, and made sure all my questions were answered. I was looking for an AV technician to adjust our sound system that was originally set up & hard-wired over 20 years ago and connected to a Yamaha receiver in 2019. The sound was off and unbalanced. Jason corrected the issue within minutes and offered valuable suggestions to protect the hardware. I immediately asked for a proposal to follow through with his recommendations and requested a second proposal for some electrical work. Fast response time, great communication, and great price.
