Our home's electricity went out at 8pm on Friday night and none of the local 24/7 electricians were even answering their phone. I was very grateful that the people at Alpha Omega answered the phone, and then came out right away. The technician drove quite a long way, was friendly, efficient and did what needed to be done. What more could you ask for?

I just got an estimate, didn't end up doing the job - but AOC impressed me with the estimating process and Paul Huerte not only figured out a good way to do what I needed, but when I asked him "while you're here" if an old outlet was safe or should be altered he tested it, even opened it up to check the wiring and reassure me nothing dangerous. That was a relief!

AOE was quick and professional. I had an issue with a circuit breaker in my electrical box making rice crispy sounds of snap, crackle, and popping. They helped me turn a possible expensive emergency call into a scheduled appointment. When Ryan M. showed up on site, he was professional and patient. Ryan helped me better understand what was happening and talked through solutions to fix it. He got a temporary fix in place and later completed the full work wonderfully.
Their pricing and quotes were accurate and helped me understand the costs before work was completed. Scheduling was also easy and personable - it's so nice to talk to a real person. I would trust Alpha Omega Electric for future work.

Paul came out and gave us an estimate for installation of a Level 2 charger that we had. We had a fair estimate and it was installed the following day by Alex, who did an excellent job of it. Really impressive service all round.

We had discovered the sub-panel to our home was not properly grounded and learned it needed to be replaced so it’d properly trip. Out of all the electricians we engaged with and got estimates from Alpha Omega proved to be the best.
From start to finish they were responsive, communicated clearly what the need was and how to properly address it.
We had Zach, Leandro and Alex come to our home to do the work and they were consummate professionals throughout. They throughly checked every electrical switch in the house for bad crimps and fixed two they had found.
From start to finish, it was a great experience and if we ever do need electrical work done in the future we’d reach out to Alpha Omega first.

We had a great experience with AOE. They came out and inspected a fixer-upper we bought recently, and we contracted with them to replace the old main panel and add a tie in for a generator since we are in a place prone to power outages. All our interactions were professional, and the work they did was high quality, and we passed county inspections without any issues whatsoever. It was very helpful to have them handle the permitting process with the county also.
I met the owners at a conference. I learned a lot just by talking with them both. Josh & Paul are very passionate about what they do there's no question about that! Keep up the good work guys.
