Leandro came to our house on 12/11/2025 to replace a sub panel and three exterior GFCIs. He did a great job with everything, from arriving on time, to explaining how he would have to make some cuts in the drywall, to clearly labeling the circuit breakers, to carefully cleaning up after the work was done. He did all this with minimal disruption to our routine. He was also very friendly and respectful. Thanks, Leandro.

I felt I am in good hands from the beginning. I usually call 2-3 places and choose based on quote and first impression. 1. ZACH - Zach surprised me right away. The very first thing he said was listing what I should do to solve the problem myself. I was stunned!!! He was knowledgeable and kind and there for me. He was willing to help me out of the gate with no strings attached. That built immediate trust and genuine appreciation. Most people that pick up the phone are short and focused on when they can maybe let me look fit you in. 2. QUICK. They came out for their first visit way faster than I ever experienced. 3. RYAN. Ryan sealed the deal. He came over on time, after giving me the head’s up about his ETA, kind, personable and clearly very knowledgeable. A problem solver with a solid experience and … which is rare, humanity and kindness. Bottom line: the reviews are accurate. These guys are above the other in so many ways.

Ryan M helped us with an electrical problem that turned out to be an issue with PG&E. He was friendly and efficient and went the extra mile of communicating with me about exactly what to tell PG&E. We still had some issues the following day and the team at AOE had Ryan out again that day helping us to resolve the problem. I will use Alpha Omega Electrical for all of my electrical needs. I blew a circuit breaker by plugging in a faulty lamp. I could not reset the circuit breaker, so I was fortunate to contact AOE and Zach came out within 30 minutes to address the issue to my full satisfaction. I learned something about reseting circuit breakers and Zach repaired the faulty lamp fixture.

We've had AOE out to our home a few times now. We've needed a few fixture installations in the last four years, and even a panel upgrade. Most recently, Ryan came out to look at several interior flickering lights. He arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and fixed it. He gave us excellent, courteous service, just like every other time we've used AOE. Highly recommended.

Had a issue with wiring not being done correctly in house. The service tech Paul quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. Everything was transparent with price and actions when I first called with my issue. Paul was very professional and a wealth of knowledge on every question I had. Having a old house, there are alot of items that need to be updated and Paul shared his thoughts on a path to update everything.

Terrific and fast service. The lighting went out in my mother in laws house on thanksgiving week. They sent Ryan, an electrician, within an hour. Ryan was quick to diagnose the problem and solved it very quickly. He was very professional. Next time we need electrical service we will definitely call Alpha Omega again.

Ryan was really helpful during the bidding process to help us understand our list of options and come up with a project plan that we’re happy with. Jonathan and Leandro helped us execute the plan with a four bedroom and laundry room rewire. They came ahead of time to help us visualize where the new plugs would be, and left the house in a nice condition. I mention this because we’ve had outfits advertise this level of care but not follow through. Best of all, Jonathan and Leandro completed the entire project in one workday. Courtesy, transparency, and timely execution are all to be expected if you hire A&O.
