I am impressed with the service that I have received on opening and closing of my new pool. The only thing I’m having trouble with is getting my concrete fixed. It is cracked and i had 3 contractors out to look at it and they told me it needs to replaced. I can’t get anyone from Aloha to come fix the problem or for that matter I can’t get them even to come look at the job that they did. It’s been 4 weeks now. I’m not happy on this front.

Hey Laura, to start, thank you for the 5 star review on the Jonesboro aloha page. Jake said you liked the service you received, and after talking with you a couple times last summer i know you were not fond of your experience with the project coordinator and again, i apologize. After visiting your yard last summer i hope you agree your pool is beautiful, but i realize that doesn't make your experience any better. I hope you know you can call me if you ever need anything and hope you have a great summer!

Does anyone know if aloha pool service is still in business? I ordered a pool liner 7 months ago. One challenge after another getting it installed last fall. Spent the winter fish dead animals out of the pool and now is a mosquito pond. Not returning text messages or phone calls. Not sure what is going on but it's not good

Hey Clint, this is Brad cook. Not sure why I'm just now seeing this because I always get alerted anytime there's a review. I talked to John in the service office and he says the guys are out there now. I wish I could say that you were the only one in this situation but we have about 20 liner Replacements that were booked last fall that did not get pushed through the Finish line. We now have a new service manager and we are trying to get him acclimated while playing from behind. Appreciate the opportunity to take care of you and don't blame you for being impatient. I'm about to call you from my cell which is 731-431-8199 just to apologize in person and make sure we walk through the rest of this job together.
