We have completed buying our first home today. We secured our mortgage with Victoria as our broker and I cannot express into words how amazing Victoria has been throughout the entire process. As first time buyers, the buying process can be really daunting but Victoria put us at ease instantly, thoroughly explained what the process looked like and what we needed to do to ensure we were in a good position when it came to applying for our mortgage. There were numerous occasions when I emailed Victoria asking for some advice and she always got in touch straight away and explained everything to me over the phone. If you are ever looking for a mortgage I would 100% recommend using Victoria as your broker, she is an absolute credit to the firm.

Used AL mortgage solutions for the first time, I needed a remortgage to release funds for a long awaited extension, I’d tried a couple of others to which got told I wouldn’t be able to release funds based on income and rate of mortgage I’d have been happy with, Alex from AL took that issue away and sorted everything from start to finish with minimum contact during, honestly couldn’t recommend them enough, I went from having no hope, to having it sorted within a very short space of time! Amazing customer service from every single person I dealt with at AL Mortgage Solutions. I went for a consultation here as I had questions about being accepted for a mortgage as I'm self employed and Alex got us an offer straight away, Emily then helped us through our process and completion and was so helpful with all of my questions throughout.
