First met Daniel when I needed to sell my house. He was very cordial and met with my husband and myself. He thoroughly went over the contract so we understood what would happen. Daniel was always available for communication. We were able to sell before the house was listed. Daniel's company is part of a larger world wide realty company so listings are seen in US and internationally. I did not live in the state that the house resided and Daniel was able to have me sign all the paper work via the internet and represent me at the closing.

Dan is amazing to work with! My husband and I purchased our first home in July and Dan was on point the entire time making sure everything was being taken care of. House after house, he was there never missing a beat. Even after missing out on a couple houses, he made sure that we didn't get our hopes up and kept pushing us on towards the wonderful house we are in now! Any issue we had with our lender (and there were a lot!), Dan was making sure things were getting done. He is very knowledgeable and efficient. Any question I had, he would answer ASAP or he'd find out a way to get the answer. I began to feel like I was being annoying with all the questions and all the issues we had, but he was assuring that I wasn't. Daniel was prompt and responsive to all of my phone call voice messages and text messages left for him. Most of the time the phone was answered and a voice message was not required. After getting preapproved, his communication with the loan officer was also great.
I was shown over half a dozen houses before finding the house on Hoyt Circle and once I made an offer his communication back and forth, through the seller, was prompt.
