Logan Woods, was very courteous and professional and before he started he rang the doorbell and let us know he was here , asked if we had any concerns . We did not have any concerns . So he proceeded to do his job and spray around the house outside and came in our Lanai as well. Very kind young man.

I have been using this company for over 2 years. At the beginning they did a good job, but after all this time I have to say that I have more ants in my backyard than when they first started treating it. If you have to be calling them to go back to your property in between treatments is because they are not doing a good job. After calling them today I found out that they don’t treat the whole property because their tank is not big enough to treat an acre. This is definitely not what I signed for.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. Shit service got spiders and flees at my place still then they lock you in a 2 year contract even tho what they do is shit. I got more bugs at my placep and huge spiders then before they started. 2026

I really like the product, but I am having issues with consistent service. It's a hit and miss with the techs. Thank goodness I have cameras to show what they are/aren't doing. Office gets defensive if you question the tech's service. I pay $200 quarterly for selective coverage. May be time to move to another company
