We actually found Chris through a recommendation from an interstate solutions provider (similar to Chris) but we are so glad we engaged him rather than the other provider.
Chris bothered to go the extra FEW miles to ensure that we have the best solution (which is a Starlink Mini mounted on top of our rig), on a custom bracket.
Even a few months after install and we encountered issues with our 12V power supply, Chris continue to respond and ensure that he could give us the best solution to fit our fluctuating and low voltage.
We visited him more than once (despite our interstate travels) and he always fit us in, despite last minute notices and his busy schedules.
He always responded to us promptly and was always friendly, even during off-hours (which I had no expectation that a business would usually do).
We always felt we were in good hands, and Chris didn't just sell a product full-stop, he ensured the product works and works well, with excellent aftersales service.

I purchased a Factory Second Starlink mini case from All Terrain Action with a DC Starlink Mini converter and a cable to connect to my OEM roof top connection, I installed this kit myself. Chris was super helpful through the whole process, we swap a few emails but Chris was super helpful every time, nothing was too much trouble. I also found their web site and videos where very helpful; Chris and his team have had firsthand experience with the starlink mini and using it on the road. The products arrived and it all looked ok from my first quick look. Before I had a chance to check all was ok with the case and cable Chris had contacted me to say they have sent the wrong cable for my OEM connection, this is before i had a chance to find this out for myself. Chris sorted a new cable and express posted the item to me ASAP. These things can happen at times but seeing they sorted it before I knew there was a problem just shows how committed Chris and his team are. When i need anything along these lines in the feature I will be heading to Chis and All Terrain Action to sort out what I need. thanks Chis great job.

I'm very happy with my Starkink Mini mount and All Terrain Action. They answer emails promptly and they make sure they read what you have written and respond to each of the questions asked. That's surprisingly rare these days. They have the efficiency of a large business and customer service and personal attention of a small business.

I was looking for a durable mount for my Starlink but couldn't find anything that suited our was an all round durable mount. I found All Terrain Action mount and it looked exactly what I wanted. I emailed off and Chris was quick to reply with my questions, even on a weekend. As I was getting more serious, I rang Chris and he couldn't be more helpful. He answered all my questions and after sending him photos he was able to provide a solution. The mount arrived and it's brilliant. Very durable and has everything contained inside the mount, just connect via Anderson plug and away you go. Having the ability to mount however you like by driling into the side of the bottom half is a game changer. I found this mount to be far better than any aluminium style mount on the market. I would thoroughly recommend All Terrain Action Starlink mount.

Purchased the Apex Starlink Mini case for my ARB Baserack. The product is well engineered and came assembled and ready to mount on my vehicle roof. I found the guys at All Terrain to be very easy to deal with and they have a comprehensive knowledge of their product. They also provided first class customer service.

Absolutely Awesome Service, Going with a Starlink Agent (expert) made all the difference, from getting the new hardware shipped from Melbourne to Rural WA overnight, The personal service was excellent, especially walking me through setting up a 2nd Starlink account.
I highly recommend using these guys no matter where you are in Australia. All the challenges would have been impossible to resolve without speaking to a human Starlink expert as Starlink themselves aren't staffed for phone customer service
Having access to Chris, all the challenges were resolved. Going with a Starlink expert was the best decision I made, Chris understood my needs & sorted out a few different challenges (remotely) all in a time crunch, with an interstate time difference too
Without Chris' expertise, and personal service, (plus his understanding of my needs, as well as several problems sorted out, exactly as I needed).
I wouldn't have be able to get it set up correctly, on time, with other users, and a 2nd Starlink account off the App. Nothing was a problem with my own Starlink expert.
I am thrilled with the personal service, especially in a tight time crunch. Chris helped me to get the new hardware to rural WA here on time AND he helped me with the set up & working (even without mobile data at the time!!). Chris' "can do" attitude helped enormously to get everything set up and working properly despite some big obstacles.
This personal attention to service excellence was beyond my expectations.
Now Starlink also my safety & security is protected as well as enjoying the best coverage for phone service (for peace of mind in case of break down while travelling).
It's not just wifi, it is communication, and safety & security while at home and when I'm travelling in future too.
Chris helped me feel safe at home, the motion sensor security camera video is uploaded to the cloud, and even with several challenges, having someone to speak to, to problem solve, and the assistance with the account set up made an enormous difference.
No more dead phone zones, no matter where I am in Australia. But it was the personal expertise & incredible service by Chris that made all the difference.
He helped me feel safe, both my personal safety and my home security as well. All in a super fast time frame, with help to set up an additional guest account, even without mobile data at the time of setting up the new account.
There was several issues, if it wasn't for Chris' expertise & assistance it would not have been sorted out so well or so quickly, it's set up exactly as I needed it to be.
Going through a Starlink Agent has given me personal service that's of enormous value. it's given me peace of mind for my safety & security, wherever I am.
Chris helped enormously, no problem was too difficult, with his expertise, patience, and super service remotely ~ Now I feel safe wherever I am, and the means to upload the security camera video saved off site as well as my communication in even the dead phone zones in remote rural areas in Australia ~ all sorted, with the help of my own Starlink expert!!

Purchased Starlink Mini Anderson Direct APEX Kit with Rhino Aluminium Mounting Kit.
Only mount in market that has the DC voltage regulator integrated. Mount is very solid and designed very well for its purpose.
Didn't have a painted Rhino mount in stock and edges had not yet been rounded. So gave it to me free of charge.

I purchased the 12V - 48V DC power adapter for Starlink Mini from All Terrain Action. Chris at All Terrain gave me fabulous customer service and explained how All Terrain are constantly trying to improve their products, with feedback from customers. The adapter is AWESOME. Very simple to use, just Anderson plug it to your existing 12V system, and plug the long lead that comes with Starlink into the other end. Power draw is minimal - I have been measuring about 2 amps (24 watts).
We are seriously off grid campers but my partner needs internet to keep working a few hours per day. This is the perfect setup and eliminates the need for an inverter (as was the case with early versions of Starlink). Internet never drops out so the adapter must be delivering the correct 48V at all times. Starlink Mini speeds are consistently 200-250Mb/sec. Very fast. Also, the WiFi range on the Starlink router is impressive- we can sit 50-60m from the mini dish, could probably move further if we needed to.
I couldnât be happier with my purchase from All Terrain Action.

Thank you for your amazing review - wishing you happy adventures! We just received a call from someone doing something similar to you out towards Dargo in Victoria. They had been without service for 15km, but after switching to their rooftop Starlink, they were able to make phone calls and listen to digital radio from their phone without any mobile service in sight. They were so excited about the experience that they called to share it with us this afternoon!
