I can’t say enough about Mr. Grant from All-Star!! We had a miscommunication back in April before my bachelorette trip hats and I called him the week of to check in and even though the mistake was mostly my lack of communication he went out of his way to get the order in on time and they were exactly what I wanted! Everyone loved our hats and I still wear mine often!! They were the perfect gift for the girls and I still can’t believe he was able to do it so fast!! His customer service went above and beyond!!

Your continued attack of this business as NOT Veteran friendly is False in every way. The continued attempt to provide negative reviews and ratings is more a testament to your own negative personality.

Would not do business with again..
Had screen printing done to tshirts that I brought in. 60% of the shirts had 2 color screen print (red and black ink) . 40% had 1 color screen print print (yellow ink). Their invoice charged for 2 colors screen printing on all shirts- in addition to 2x- 2color setups.
I informed the owner of aforementioned overcharge and he advised that they used pink on both to keep the count down. However, neither screen print had pink and they used different colors. I advised him of this and I never got a response back. Furthermore, I advised him that their charge of $10 for only screen printing each shirt (not including purchasing the shirts) was over $200 more than 4 imprint would’ve charged for screen printing AND purchasing shirts. Johnson lambe charged less than $10 each for purchasing long sleeve shirts AND 2 color printing on the front and back .
I previously purchased screen printing there before and did not have a problem. The reason I gave them a 2nd star was I feel the quality has been good (but not the sketchy billing).

We have communicated back and forth several times via text and email, I have attempted to explain the pricing each time.
Maybe the next time you are nearby, I am more than willing to sit down and break it down in paper form.
The pricing above was for shirts you bought and brought in, which we then screen printed for you in 3 days following art approval.
The design was changed from all getting 2 Color front and back to some getting 2 Color Front and Back and some getting a 1 Color Front and back. The original logo colors of Black and Red, were advised by our in house team, that the Red would not be visible on the Hot Pink hoodies supplied. So Instead having to charge for a 2nd round of Screen setups and a higher per print price (because of the split quantities) We used the Neon Yellow ink (for the 1 color on PINK Hoodies) ON Both of the 2 color screens, so yes it was only 1 color finished product, but changing the ink color is much simpler process(cost) than having to re-burn screens and realign and set them up on the print press.
I understand differences in pricing, this is always a variable with every business, and there will always be somewhere who may have a cheaper price. We pride ourselves on Quality, Experience, and Customer Service.

This location looks and feels as haunted on the inside as it is on the outside. Underwhelming, parking lot has large craters, and nothing you need is in stock with short curt answers from staff.

Thank you for shopping with us yesterday for soccer socks. Socks for feet under childs size 13 have always been a challenge. My 5yro now has an XS soccer sock from another supplier and they are huge on him.
As an independent and locally owned family sporting goods store we strive to put Customer Service at the top of the priority list, when break downs occur (we hope infrequently) we take an active approach to resolve those issues and hopefully adapt to prevent them in the future.

Coming from Manning, SC we spent all day in Florence trying to find a football helmet for our son. After visiting a few big box stores with no help or finding helmets that were over priced.
