Last Friday evening, while flossing, I managed to pull a crown that was happily working in my mouth for 11 years, so I called today in the morning for a rush appointment to cement it back. I was graciously accommodated by a strategic receptionist and came to see Dr. Puneet Singh Datewas. Of course she was excellent! She carefully inspected the spot, cleaned all up, applied Ozone treatment to ensure long term health and re-cemented the crown back with precision in less than half an hour. At every step she and her assistant Jeodeth Escala made sure I was very comfortable and with maximum attention to every detail. That made me very happy! Diana Green looked after me before I left. Everyone at the office of Dr. Dana Colson made my day again! I highly recommend this office for any dental needs, especially considering how professional, gentle and caring everyone are, to make sure your needs are met to perfection. The office also accepts Canadian Dental Care plan. Another excellent experience during my last dental appointment at every level of interactions with everybody of the admin staff I encountered and of course Dr. Puneet and her assistant Jeodeth! A few days ago I had a privilege to meet with Jessica for dental cleaning, my new dental cleaning expert. My experience was as excellent as all my experiences with everyone at the office of Dr. Dana Colson and Associates. I am specifically grateful that time for Jessica human and professional dental cleaning and also Ms. Pauli, who looked after my needs very diligently and caring at the reception.

I Highly recommend Dr Dana Colson and her experienced team who are caring, friendly and experts - from the front desk to the specialists. I know that I am good hands and have been a patient for over 20 years. I know that Dana has her finger on the pulse of her expertise in her field and keeps everyone up on the latest tech. I just had a wonderful checkup and Dr. Leyla kindly adjusted her schedule so she could do the filling I really needed the same day I was there. It was fast and easy. I was so happy. Dr. Dana took time from her busy schedule to check in while I was waiting and say hi - her leadership sets the tone for everything that happens in her clinic. Dr. Leyla is a brilliant master in her craft, and she and her assistant are a team with impeccable care - she explains fully everything she recommends and does - giving me informed options. Maryam, my dental technician, is a gentle wizard with her tools and I am so relaxed when she does my regular cleanings - she is so well qualified but humble and knows exactly what I like. She also took the action to adjust her schedule so that I could get work done in one day with Dr. Leyla. If you are looking for the best, look no further.

I have been a patient of founder Dr. Dana Colson's practice for over 30 years. All medical and administrative members of her team have included me as a part of their "dental family”, whilst adhering to the highest standard of professional care. My dental surgeon, Dr. Leyla Emami, is calm and reassuring, empathetic and sympathetic, and went "above and beyond" in granting me an in person appointment in the spring of 2020, in the opening months of the pandemic. Her work is gentle to the point of being truly pain free. She continues to be patient, understanding and supportive, and available in an "emergency"... My dental hygienist, Margaret, is totally devoted to the well being of her patients. No one could be more attentive, focused, nor organized. She is fully engaged in ensuring that any potential problem is addressed before further deterioration and in a case requiring immediate action, takes steps to initiate the process without delay. From a patient's perspective, she personifies perfection, in every aspect. Describing Margaret’s devotion to her patients cannot be accomplished by words alone – anyone fortunate to cross paths with her in the course of their lives, and experience the gift of her presence, basks in her genuine kindness and empathy, deep understanding and authentic acceptance, and the absence of any judgment. In our modern age, being seen and heard risks becoming an increasingly rare phenomenon, the exception more than the rule … Margaret’s welcoming greeting infuses joy and optimism into the moment, a panacea to any sense of isolation exacerbated by the recent pandemic … All members of the dental practice staff ensure a reassuring and secure atmosphere for the patient, not only through their expertise in state of the art dentistry, but also in listening to and accommodating the patient’s individual needs … Margaret’s contribution to creating this safe place is invaluable, and to this patient, precious and priceless beyond measure… The front office staff run a seamless operation on a daily basis, and when necessary, have scheduled an appointment by the following business day. I've had multiple appointments here already – enough to recommend this dentist without any hesitation. It's rare to find a practitioner like her. And I had gone to some lengths, in order to spot a real gem among all the other dentists I visited for an initial consult a dozen times. Yeah, actually, more than a dozen times. Dr. Leyla's approach is truly holistic, I find. Really impressed with her expertise, genuine care and hand dexterity.

Olga is the best hygienist. I have had extensive work done in the past and always feel awkward when coming to a new dentist (crowns/root canals) . Olga gives me grandma loving vibes and that's how you should feel when getting a cleaning. They don't upsell you on products or anything which is appreciated.

Was late to my appointment due to my three hour drive in the dark morning turning to four due to snow. Uptight and anxious when I arrived, the staff put me at ease and told me that my dentist had not arrived yet. She too was delayed by the snow. In a few minutes though, I was in the chair. My procedure was done expertly. respectfully and quickly - in about 20 minutes. Highly competent and respectful team.
