We had an issue with our sewer line that seemed impossible to fix. However, we saw All Rooter had really good reviews on Google and decided to give them a call. We are glad to say they did not disappoint, within two days they came to our house and quickly assessed the situation. Bert from All Rooter was able to remove very stubborn tree roots from the pipes, added a new access line and put work order for the city to come and fix their side of the sewer line. All work was exceptionally done for a very fair price.

I was blessed and happy to find this company.Luis was awesome.He answered my questions, listened to my plumbing problem, and was very patient.He had excellent expertise. Water backed up into my basement a few weeks ago.He used the camera and was able to diagnosis the problem which was an obstruction in my sewer line.He and his co-worker(I believe Mannie) worked vigorously to remove the obstruction and they were successful.He also diagnosed another concern and advised me on some preventative plumbing measures and maintenance.

I needed to find someone to fix the water pipes from the street to the inside the house. Good thing I found this company n got to talk to Bert. He is really professional n a person that cares about his customers. I found their prices affordable and the service they provided was so vital. This is my review after using All Rooter I had problems with my main sewer line and Bert helped me first with the camera inspection we saw what’s the problem was and then he started to clean my sewer line because it was full of roots. I definitely recommend them. Bert is a very kind person and I asked him something about my water lines and he gave me his advice. He even took the time to accompany me to the city hall to ask the city that the roots of a tree was exactly where my sewer line runs and thanks to that they will be able to remove that tree and avoid a bigger problem. I definitely recommend them because they are a company that wants the customer to be satisfied. Este es mi review despues de usar all rooter tenis problemas con mi main sewer line y Bert me ayudo primero con la inspeccion de camara vimos cual era el problema y despues el empezo a limpiar mi sewer line porque estaba llena de raices definitivamente los recomiendo. Bert es una persona muy amable y le pregunte algo acerca de mi lineas de agua y el me dio su advice incluso se tomo el tiempo para acompañarme al city hall para pedirle a la ciudad que la raiz de un arbol estaba exactamente en donde pasa mi sewer line y gracias a eso van a poder quitar ese arbol y evitar algun problema mayor. definitivamente lo revomiendo porque es una compania que quiere que el cliente quede satisfecho.

I know some of these companies hound you to give them a great rating and review but this is certainly not the case. When I say hands down Luis and his partner came out and took the necessary time and did their due diligence to troubleshoot my issue with my sub pump being routed that wasn't correctly done years ago. We actually troubleshooted and came up with a solution together and he was very communicative and professional with everything that he did from the beginning to the end. I truly appreciate the level of customer care that was given to my issue. Thank you a million!

Connecting with All Rooter was complete blessing. They were quick to respond, professional and easy to talk to. When it was time to work, they showed up equipped and on-time. Things moved quickly and when a problem outside of the scope came up, they took care of it. I found their prices affordable and the service they provided was so vital. They didn't push unnecessary expensive fixes, only what was really necessary. All their reasoning was well thought out and thorough. Absolutely impressed by Bert's exceptional plumbing job! Our old house, with a drainage system dating back almost a century, had outdated dummy drains and a broken basin left abandoned for years. After consulting five plumbers, Bert stood out by conducting a thorough examination of the situation, going as far as using a drain camera without charging a fee. He then presented us with two well-explained solutions each at a reasonable price! The outcome was outstanding, and we couldn't be happier with the quality of his work. We've attached two photos for reference – one before the job and the other after. Truly a great job done!
