Poor communication and constant hassles throughout the entire process. The company repeatedly failed to follow through on commitments and rarely kept me informed without me having to chase them down. Billing and payment turned into a hassle, with unclear invoices and payment expectations. Scheduling was also a frustration—they did not make any real effort to work around my availability except when I had a death in my family.
The quality of the roofing work may be fine, but the customer experience was extremely disappointing. I expected far better professionalism and reliability. I would not recommend them based on my experience. If you do use them, I would not recommend speaking with Michael.
