I booked a repeat service and was extremely disappointed. The provider arrived very late, spent five minutes on-site, took a few random photos without properly inspecting anything, and claimed everything was fine. He assured me that I would receive a fire risk assessment report along with certificates for the fire alarms and emergency lights, services I was due to pay nearly £400 for.
Since then, he has completely disappeared. Despite repeated attempts to contact him via WhatsApp and phone, I’ve received no response and no deliverables. This has been a complete waste of time.
