The estimator was my neighbor, which was great. Knowing the person was a definent plus. Allieds roofing crew did a great job with installation of my garage roof, but the thing I'm most impressed with is how good of a cleanup they did. Usually, there are some nails and small things left behind, that is to be expected, but in my case, I didn't come across a single piece of debris worth mentioning. I am very pleased not to be nail hunting like I was at another property that had a roof just recently replaced. Thank you for a good price, quality work and a fantastic cleanup job. I will definently consider Allied as a potential contractor for any work in the future.

I'm writing this review one month and one week after having a full roof replacement. To give this company it's just due I should start from there very beginning. Roughly 3 months ago the roof to my townhouse began to leak, nothing severe but my motto has always been be proactive rather than reactive. So like any good home owner I do some Googling and conplie a list of names to whom I should call. Out of the 15 companies I called only 6 picked up to schedule a free estimate. Of those 6 companies only 1 showed up on time. That was Jim from Allied Remodeling of Central Maryland. Call me old fashioned but punctuality still means something. He was there 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment and knocking on my door exactly as the clock struck 10:00 a.m. immediately I began to feel better. Jim walked me through a brief history of the company and how the entire process would go and answered any questions I had. Not once did I feel pressured to commit to anything or that he was omitting the truth. Rather he came forward and stated things that I heard of the company. They'll overcharge me, they'll pressure me, they'll do whatever it takes to take advantage of me. This just simply isnt true. Not only was my mind set at ease by the company whom I was told would bleed me dry it was them who gave me the most affordable quote of the bunch. Feeling like a valued costumer instead of a dollar sign I made my decision to sign a contact. Fast forward 4 weeks. My repair had to be rescheduled due to inclement weather factors in which no one can prepare for and was told the repair would be scheduled for the following week fearing that further damage would be caused due to the fact it was supposed to rain the weekend of Easter Sunday, they were able to move my repair to the day before Easter. I was told that the crew would arrive at 7:00 a.m. And begin work promptly. Once again, I was blown away by the punctuality of this company. They showed up at 6:30 am and began work at 7:12 a.m. what ensued were highly skilled highly trained team members that can only be described as a finely tuned well-oiled machine. Within the time span of 6 and 1/2 hours. These gentlemen not only tore off 20 layers of roof ( an issue that I apparently inherited from the previous owner ) and shingles, they also rebuilt a 4-in grade giving my roof a much needed upgrade after decades of neglect & abuse. Throughout this entire process they sent me step-by-step pictures. Finally, at the end of the process like in all things from this crew they did not skimp on the details. They went through my entire yard and cleaned up everything. Every nail. Every piece of debris all gone as if they were never there to begin with. One of the best things I've done in the last decade was deciding to go with Allied Remodeling of Central Maryland. Of course you're always going to have people who tell you otherwise. But I can assure you this company will take care of you. They will be honest and they will give you a fair price. I plan on contacting them for a new deck since I was so satisfied with the roof process. All in all 11/10

Allied Remodeling sales and administrative staff were professional and friendly. They negotiated a price that was very competitive. The crew that installed our new roof were professional, precise and thoroughly cleaned and removed all debris from the premises. They did what appears to be an outstanding job!

The roof installation was professionally and expertly completed. My wife and I are completely satisfied with the work. So satisfied are we that we are now seeking a plan and quote to install a rear yard deck to be installed within a year. I would recommend this contractor to anyone seeking roof replacement. Also, we can now state that our deck has been installed, and the construction work, and the quality and beauty of the finished product is exceptional.

Allied Remodeling did an amazing job on my old roof and the price was perfect for my pockets. Not to expensive and over priced and not too inexpensive with cheap materials. Thank you Allied Remodeling .

I am satisfied with the service that I received from Allied Roofing. The price was reasonable and I felt reassured to they offered to lifetime warranty with their company. They also stayed in contact with me throughout and after the work was done. This day and time. It's hard to have a company to stand by their work. I recommend using them.

Allied Came to the job earlier than expected. I did the job in a day and a quarter because the workmen ran out of shingles, no worries they came back the next morning at 7:30 and was done by 9am! Did not know when the gutter guys came, All I know I had new gutters when I got home that evening, quite happy with the clean up afterwards.,

Deck replacement Not 5 stars i want to give them all 10 stars!!! The guys and Howard are the bestest contractors ever we had. They are amazing and made us comfortable and confident. Was not sure if they are honestly but true honest people. Hard work and neat!! Great job!!! We want them again to do around our house.

Allied employees showed up first thing in the morning ready to work. They protected everything around my house surrounding their work area, was finished by early afternoon, cleaned up well and even took pictures of my roof before they started and after so I didn’t have to go up to see finished product. I would definitely hire them again and refer them to others 👍🏽👍🏽

Allied Roofing did an excellent job! My house was a good size job. They completed same in less than eight hours including clean up. Very professional. I would recommend them 100%.

Run don't even walk away from these scammers. The tricked me into getting a new roof ying about using new material. They lay new roof tiles over rotten plywood. They leave a awful mess steal what they can then take you to court . They are very dishonest and no one to express your concerns with. Find a reputable company you can trust. They do not even deserve a part of a star rating. Bad Bad Take this advice before you are burnt by these crooks

I am very pleased with my roof replacement. I was most impressed with the workers. Not only did they throughly clean my property when they finished the job but they also cleaned the property of my neighbors on both sides of my house. I would highly recommend this company!!!!!!
