A few months ago, I ordered a pair of Oliver work boots online from Alliance Hardware and requested they be delivered to a parcel locker. Unfortunately, since the courier wasn’t Australia Post, they weren’t able to access the locker—creating a bit of a delivery hiccup.
I contacted Alliance Hardware about the issue, and they handled it with speed and professionalism. The team sorted it out right away and were extremely pleasant and helpful throughout the process. Finally found a place that offers old school service. I went there to try to get a part that a lot other dealers said I couldn't get even though Stihl head office gave me the part number. The young bloke there was full of imformation and advice,actually looked up the part and ordered it... something the dealers I went to before found to hard to do, great place with great service...I'll be back

If you want service with a personal touch make your purchase at this place. I purchased a STIHL leaf blower here a was upsold on the slightly better model based on the staff’s personal experience. So for just a little more money I received a much better product and I am very happy. I’ll. Be back.

Only place I could buy more batteries for my Stihl mini chainsaw. Super prompt service, received them about a day after I ordered!
