Had problem with old garage door on Wednesday. Called Alliance who came following day and installed new door. Great friendly service from calling to say on their way, quick, tidy installation and old door and frame removed. Would recommend without hesitation.

Andrew was prompt in relying to my enquiry about taking a look at my aging garage doors. He was willing simply to readjust the mechanisms and get them running the best anyone could but I was also of a mind to invest in two new doors, complete with electric motors. A specification was worked out and priced on the spot and the quotation accepted. In due course Andrew arrived with Kieran and quietly set about their respective tasks to complete the installation in a day, without fuss, including fitting the extra low level detectors. Some months on I am delighted with my choice of doors and the service provided by Alliance Garage Doors Ltd. So many contractors promise the earth these days but rarely deliver on time or specification. So Andrew delivered a good customer experience that deserves my support.
