I've never had a better experience with customer support. My website wasn't loading - which turned out to be my own fault as I hadn't renewed my domain elsewhere - but Ben was on the ball and replied to my support ticket within a minute of me raising it. I had to leave a review just for the amazing response time alone. Thoroughly recommend!!
I've been testing a few shared UK based web-hosting providers lately and on the recommendation of a friend decided to try the lesser-known AllHost. What can I say? They've exceeded expectations which better performance than some of the larger hosting companies with a perfect personal touch on support and service requests. I had an issue migrating my test site over (my own fault!) and Ben was quick to assist me with detailed support along the way.
