Called for truck insurance quote
Called for commercial truck insurance quote. A woman answered the phone and seemed to me that what I was asking her was out of the ordinary. She kept asking me questions: why are you calling, did you call your insurance co. You have gen liability, what happened. I said I have different brokers for my different Insurance needs. Workers comp with one, gen lia with another and so on. That seemed foreign to her. I said , do you want to quote my truck insurance. She said NO! And hung up on me. Either she's an owner with a ton of cash or just a horrible employee that needs a good looking at. Bye bye Allen Thomas.

Vanessa was incredibly polite, helpful, and understanding and made it all very easy. This is as close as I think I could get to enjoying insurance shopping.

We use this insurance company for everything from COI ‘s for our business to anything insurance related , also our workers comp as well, or needing quick paperwork to be filled out to give to contractors or other company’s needing our insurance information! These guys are amazing , our insurance agent is Ben, he is awesome ! He is on top of anything I ask for and gets it done immediately for me! And makes me feel like I am a top priority client! And they have great rates which doesn’t hurt! They always come through when needed! Thanks so much guys! I would 100% recommend if a company or individual needs insurance

My experience was entirely with Kristin M. From go, I noticed a radical difference in patron care compared to other agent companies I spoke with; listening skill, helpful and thorough answers, a keen interest in solving my need for insurance, hearing all I had to say. I spoke with multiple companies before The Allen Thomas Group, and if my experience with Kristin is indicative of how the company is broadly, 5 stars every time.
Now, competition regarding personability, imbuing dialogue with personhood and dignity and respect, is no difficult feat to best since most companies' customer service is soulless corporate roboticism with a mentality of getting the nuisance off the phone rapidly rather than solving the need thoroughly. And I am a stringent critic, noticing the minutiae of dialogue and holding my interlocutor to a standard of excellence, so my default state via phone calls with customer service is disappointed and aggravated. But this time I was delighted and did not dread speaking. If representatives could be like Kristin M., everything could make sense and companies could do more business because they would secure a customer with the priceless and subtle feeling of being valued.
What a gem of a professional outputting excellence. Other companies can learn from my experience. Since The Allen Thomas Group is my first business insurance agent, the standard is high. Thank you for how I was treated. It goes a long way in making the world seem to flow well. It feels good to have a company not be a headache comprised of snoody wretches. I ask many more questions than the average person, so I am likely to have a jagged experience. But not this time.

Our HOA found itself in a sudden and unexpected bind regarding insurance coverage. No they dated a cancellation with a different time which cause my card to be charge. Quote me one rate and a month later up the policy and made it higher. Absolutely not!

We serve over 20 states in the US, that means we serve those local communities as well and want to give people in those communities an opportunity to work with us.
we have a small 501(c)(3) and were having challenges getting renewed insurance. We went to multiple sources and spent weeks trying to get general liability insurance. We contacted the Alan Thomas group, Kristin went right to work on our behalf She got us a new policy for far less than we were spending previously, and made the process easy for us. We couldn’t be happier we will be purchasing a D&O Policy through them and will switch our Workmen’s Comp. to them when it expires in November.
I really appreciated the personal attention and extra extraordinary follow up.
