⭐ Very disappointing experience with Allen Medical Aesthetics I was quoted a specific price for an 8-session laser package and paid based on that quote. After my first session, they told me they had quoted the wrong price and now want me to pay an additional $250. What’s even more frustrating is that the amount I paid before my first service is also not being refunded, even though the pricing mistake was theirs. Mistakes happen, but the customer should not have to pay for the business’s mistake—especially after already committing to and starting the treatment. I expected them to honor the price they quoted or provide a fair resolution. Instead, I was left feeling that the responsibility for their error was being pushed onto me. Very disappointing customer service. Make sure you get the exact price and refund terms in writing before purchasing any package.

I don’t recommend this place, they change their prices randomly. They will say your orders will arrive at your house but then take it back and say you have to pick it up. They now all of a sudden charge you $35 to send it to your house and their prices are way too overpriced.

Recently I came in for my 2nd session of CO2 laser and was amazed on how well both the customer service was and overall experience. Both Morgan and Therese were the sweetest and very welcoming, especially since I have a bit of social anxiety. As for during my treatment, Morgan made sure that I was comfortable throughout the whole session and just made it a lot easier to handle. If you take anything away from my review, just know that the staff at Allen Medical Aesthetics are very kind and go above and beyond for the amazing services they offer.
