Hi Cherryle, I just took a look at the inspection photos of the property where you used to live. What I saw was a filthy mistreated and disrespect dwelling. And you are correct, you will NEVER do business with us again. It cost our client far more than your security deposit to clean up after you.
My experience working with All County Medallion Property Management was amazing, I worked with a manager out of Fort Myers, Florida and he was outstanding! It has been an excellent place to manage our real estate properties from this far. They offer fair prices and their employees are very easy to work with. They have gone above and beyond to make sure my experience with them is a positive one. I highly recommend them!
This has been a very tough year for me and my son. All County Medallion found the perfect home for us in Gladiolus Gardens. I am extremely thankful for All County Medallion. They are very prompt with service requests and communication. I have heard so many stories about nightmare experiences with property managers/landlords. I wouldn't use this company again if they paid me! Awful service, communication and questionable accounting by the CFO(wife) of the owner Sean. Sean will patronize you for months telling you all the hard work he is doing for you but in the end, he isn't doing diddly squat! He just wants his perfect, tenant to put into your condo and not have to do anything but collect a check and take his cut. STAY AWAY! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY as far as a owner/investor.
Of course they will reply with some bull$...t about how the market was "soft" or "hurricane" or bla, bla, bla but the fact IS, I caught the wife in no less than 3 separate accounting mistakes to their advantage in a year

Hello Dave, I am sorry that you were not happy with our services. Yes, we did make a few mistakes but we also quickly corrected them. Our Fault. However we did get you a good tenant for well over a year. Unfortunately the market for properties in the community where you bought was and still is not the best. At the time when we were marketing your townhome there were no less than 9 comparable properties available in that community. Yours was the highest priced. Although it was a nice property your patience with us and the market ran out and you decided to sell. I gave you to a good realtor who did her best but even she could not sell the property. The communication with us was always good as we actually answer our phones between 10 and 4 M-F. During COVID the market was in a bubble from so many migrating to SWFL. However bubbles either pop or deflate. This one deflated and is still in that same situation. I can interpert markets but I cannot influence them. Again, I am sorry that you feel the way you do and hope that you have either sold or rented your townhome.
Hands down the best Property Management team we've ever worked with. They couldn't have been more professional and responsive and the quality of the worked performed was exceptional. No other management company in Fort Myers could be better!

All County provided us with excellent property management for our rental property in Ft. Myers. They took care of everything; screened tenants, write up the leases and worked with the HOA to get our tenants in the unit as fast and smoothly as possible. All County always kept us updated in the renters and status of our unit. They also were always prompt to reply whenever we contacted them. If you're looking for excellent professional property management, I can highly recommend them.

I purchased a Fort Myers condo almost 8 years ago with the intent of renting it out. I spent a day interviewing a few management companies, All County Medallion Property Management being the last. I needn’t have bothered with the first ones! I immediately knew from their professional demeanor and personal approach they were the ones to trust managing my rental. Sean and his group handled anything that came up immediately and efficiently, with never a complaint from a tenant. By vetting the tenants expertly, the rents were paid on time, and I always received my payments on time. Additionally, whenever I reached out to them for anything they responded quickly and professionally. So, if you are looking for a management company that is professional, efficient and personable, All County Medallion Property Management is the best!

Charged me for a rental application fee to later state the property was 55+ so that’s why I was denied. The listing did not say anything at all about 55+ community. “According to our records….” Shut up honestly because you’re charging people and taking their money and then denying them because they are not 55+. Get it together!

I have a big property managed by All County Medallion for three years now, and they have been very supportive and reliable.
They are always available to communicate by phone or email, and form a great team, where everyone has a responsibility in the office. They are great monitoring the distribution of money as well. When I have some concerns, Sean the owner, is very nice, and always available to talk; he is very knowledgeable and confident, giving me great advice.
