Steven at All Colors Carpet exceeded our high expectations. We had a very expensive Karastan carpet installed in a large room 7 years ago by a supposedly reputable company (McCools). Starting 4 years ago the carpet slowly started to buckle in numerous spots and kept getting worse. It looked terrible. Steven did a power re-stretch and proper clean that literally made it look better than the day it was installed! I highly recommend All Colors for any carpet restoration you need. They have a very competitive cost. More importantly, they do high quality work.

Carpet is suppose to be power stretched but most installers today on use a knee kicker. According to the carpet mills the carpet is suppose to be power stretched wall to wall. when a carpet lacks( a good stretch this is what happens) WRINKLES...

We had the plumber there to along with me upstairs stretching and cleaning the carpet so brent got his exercise today ...lol overall it was a very positive atmosphere and we both got done about the same time. Everything about the experience was great! I had a small job that I thought most would turn down, but David was happy to help. I had already botched things up by trying to do the fix myself, but David managed to make the repair appear better than I thought was possible. Ken was very helpful and we were able to get this job complete sometimes you got to dig down deep inside a job to see what the problem is and we found it and we took care of it and Ken was right and we know what we had to do and we helped by moving some things and I brought the power stretcher in to push the carpet enough to where we were able to seam it together. it was a pleasure meeting this family of course they are moving out of this home and like i always said you have to pre spray deep scrub the carpet before you even consider bringing in the hoses to steam clean the carpet with a truck mounted system. They were very hospitable and Leslie and her family are moving on and out of Indiana. I wish them well in there new endevor in France

We had water get into our basement and saturated the carpet in our guest bedroom. Steven came out and replaced the padding, power stretched the carpet back into place, and sanitized the carpet so that it was like new. The job ended up being larger than what he quoted me for, but he was awesome and stayed as close to our original quote as possible. when aa customer says they are moving into there new home and yet someone stands them up that isn't good for the carpet cleaning business. I also heard the stress in her voice and i had to move to help her out. It just happens she was on the east side below 70 and they shut it down for 3 weeks so i know how to get around town. This was also on a weekend too Saturday. She had a lot to clean even a room that was 500 sq ft and loaded with urine stains so ya i was there a while but Lauren was very supportive and we got all the carpet cleaning done for her. We Pre spray and scrub the carpet before even bringing tin the hoses to steam clean the carpet. Preperation is the most important phase in carpet cleaning just so happens i had a stretch job on the south side so All Colors Carpet Cleaning made room for her on Saturday. I am hoping thast that one large room comes out for her because the urine was on the top of the carpet Stained. That is not good plus it was a blue commercial grade carpet on top of that as well. The kids were utilizing the pool they have the whole time and her dad was sunning himself in the back yard and her best friend was helping her clean the windows. She has a super home in a nice area in New Palestine, IN. Enjoy Lauren.

Steven came out and did a great job on our carpets! He came out in November and did a fabulous clean after our elderly dog passed and had a lot of puke accidents towards the end of her life. We just got a new dog and she had a major accident and he came out and did a touch up and thoroughly cleaned the room she had an accident in. We are so grateful for all his hard work and quick turnaround to get us taken care of.

Steven arrived at 10:00 am as promised. 4 hours to clean 2 levels of carpet, some of it with extremely heavy stains. He worked very hard to get the stains out! One level had not been professionally cleaned in 34 years and the other in 25 years! The carpet looks almost new!! Now the stretching! I knew this would be a very difficult task. 2 large rooms connected by 2 large cased openings where the carpet had bunched up in a roll. A pool table and a couple large pieces of furniture that could not be moved and presented problems. Steven worked for 5 hours on the stretching to make it perfect! Finally finished up at 7:00 pm! We could not be more pleased with All Colors! If you want it done right give them a call!

Yes plus it rained all day making it difficult to stretch a Berber carpet Flat...lol but Power Stretching is the only way to properly Stretch carpet the right way. I have learned over the years that carpet isn't the same and sometimes you have to go over areas again and change directions to get it right. The Carpet cleaning was a job as well especially when it doesn't have a nap to it. Pat was very helpful many times and very hospitable too. He actually helped me with the equipment and for that i am forever thankful. But like Pat mentioned it took till after 7 to finish the job. Once again Pat thank you for your help. David Steven Scott

I would highly recommend this company for carpet cleaning. Steve went above and beyond to get my carpets as clean as he could, and took his time to do it correctly. He was also able to install a small section of padding under my living room carpet, which had disintegrated! He gave me a very fair price for this extra work. A few weeks ago, we decided to have our carpets stretched, we had no idea who to call. We looked online for someone in the Fishers area. Did not have any sucess with the first three people we called. Then called All Colors Carpet Cleaning Indianapolis Stretching-Repairs. The lady who answered the phone was very helpful and courteous. She explained their operation and who did the work. I was very impressed with her explanations. We set up an appointment for them to come to our house. Communications with All Colors was very good. Steven came to our house to see what needed to be done. Worked very hard for the next three hours and came back the next day to finish up. He cleaned up the rooms when he was finished, and put the furniture where it belonged. If we ever need any carpet care again , we will definitely call All Colors , and recommend them to our family and friends.

Today, Steve came to do a repair on our carpet that the dogs had created. He was great to communicate with. A couple pictures, a quote, and a scheduled time and we were all set. The morning of the repair, I was called and given an exact time he would show up and given a 1 hour notice. It was great being able to get things done without wasting morning. Once he arrived, he made quick work of the repair. He was at the house for just over an hour. The repaired carpet looks great and he even took some time to nail the carpet in a couple places that was missed by the installer to prevent future damage. The price was great and the company was very easy to work with. They delivered what they promised, on time, and professionally. Not much more I could ask for. I will be recommending them to friends and family.

Thank you blake for your quick responce. I appreciate that very much. When we or anyone else puts themselves into there work its going to come out good. when i seen the carpet pulled away from the transition strip a good 1 1/2" in some places the best cure is to power stretch it then do the repair. It worked and we got good response from the p[ower stretcher. Not sure why they double tacke strip by a transition strip but they did. Like i mentioned to you. Lightly go over the area of the tackstrips and hammer down those nails on the tackstrips. Also like i sad your wife will be the final inspector...lol

Rosemary was very cooperative and was very hospitable as well. furniture requires more work then anything else and a keen eye for spots as well. Everything no matter whast it is gets pre spray agitation and steam cleaning then with upholstery we go over with a dry towel to pick up on any body oil surface from cleaning.
