Got a water heater replaced. It did not pass city inspection so we called Albritten back letting them know it didn't pass city inspection. They said they would send someone out to correct the errors and when they showed up, they could not perform the task without payment. We paid almost 4,000 to get the water heater replaced and they want to charge us extra because of errors they made that did not pass city inspection. I was also told they would come early in the day. I received 3 different calls saying I was the "next customer" and they did not show up until 7pm because we had to call back and check. I hope they are able to show up when they say they will and correct the errors they made that did not pass city inspection WITHOUT charging us for their mistakes.
The time and care you put into making sure that every little detail of our faucet and water heater was impressive. Because of your expertise and professionalism, I know that everything is perfect! I really enjoyed your company as well!

I had lots of concerns, questions I am seeking information on a new unit that was installed by another company. I transferred service to Allbritten because their technicians are certified to service the brand I have.
Jacob Chieze serviced my HVAC today for heating problems. He is a very good listener. He explained he will do diagnostic procedures and will discuss with me his findings. He looked at my thermostat and turned it on. He went up the roof to check on my unit, then down to my gas meter repeatedly. When he was done doing the things on my unit on the roof, he looked at my thermostat and vents again.
He said he made adjustments to the readings of my unit. These things he gave me information on. He also informed me of a part that is broken; notified the management to order the part. He mentioned it is still under warranty. He assured me that the unit is running well. He will be back to replace the unit that is broken.
Jacob is a very good educator. He verbalized understanding of my safety questions and concerns.
I like working with Allbritten technicians and their call center. They are very respectful.

We called Allbritten out regarding a stoppage. Jonathan was very professional gave us a great deal.
Him along with Alfonso and the rest of the crew had the job done completely? The very next day cleaned up and everything.

Steve Patrick's business sold to Allbritten. Steve was 5 stars!! It took 3 calls to Allbritten to schedule a review of my heating system that was not working. Technician showed up 5 hours after the estimated time. There was a sales pitch to remove my current system and replace with an all electric system. His final assessment was that I needed an inducer motor and switch. Estimated cost was over $2200.00. I got a second opinion from Jack's Butane and the technician showed up quickly and repaired the system for under $300.00. There was nothing wrong with the inducer motor and switch. Ryan said the heating system is in great shape and does not need to be replaced. I will NEVER have the barefoot plumber do anything for me. Unqualified and they will take your money,
Caleb from Allbritten did a great job! He solved my problem completely and restored electricity to my garage the same day I called. I'm extremely grateful and will recommend Allbritten to others.
