Ruben H. Was great! He was kind and courteous. He did a thorough inspection of our unit and was very honest on what needed to be fixed and let me know i did have options. I felt really great after knowing he was not out for our money but was genuinely trying to help us fix the problem. We will definitely be signing up for a membership.
My heating system wasn’t functioning properly and I gave Albritten a call and they were able to respond to my issues in such a fast fashion. Nick was our service technician and I truly appreciate his service, honesty integrity and most definitely his professionalism. He was able to diagnose the issue with the heating system and even got it working that same day. We highly recommend Albritten for all your heating issues.
Jacob Chieze serviced my HVAC 12/11/2025 yyto replace the part he identified that was broken. I noticed my unit was running better after. I am so glad.
I just purchased an air filter with charcoal and HEPA filter. I mentioned to Jacob I will just use this purifier instead of the air purifier that is with my HVAC. Jacob stated the air purifier with the HVAC is more economical and it runs through the ducts.
That was a very good information to know, it runs through the ducts. I love that. So I decided I will continue on with the air purifier that came with my HVAC.
Jacob is very intelligent and detailed. I am happy with how my HVAC is running now.

Your technician's Lee and Mario installed a new heating system for my home. Lee had me register my Ecobee ac/heater wifi thermostat. After programming the thermostat to my router, he showed me how to control it on my phone app. Allbritten is a reputable company who lets you know everything they are going to do with the installation. I highly recommend the company and they can answer any questions you may have.

9/24/24 - Matthew and Isaac were very thorough in explaining the issue with our smoke alarm. When replacing and testing the new unit, they made sure it was in sync with the other smoke alarms throughout our house. They were professional at all times and reminded us to call them should we have issues again. Thank you.
12/27/24 - Andrew was thorough in explaining the issue with a failed smoke alarm. After installing the new unit, he made sure it was in sync with the other units. He was professional at all times and reminded me to call if newer issues arise. He mentioned Albritten’s electrical system services should we need it. Thank you.
6/16/25 - Kelvin explained in detail what he was going to do this morning regarding A/C being serviced. After each phase he reviewed what he discovered, mainly the units were operating optimally and no issues. He recommended surge protector and explained possible problems that could happen after power outage and return of electricity. After taking his time to answer my questions I agreed with the added device and renewed our Guardian package. Kelvin was very professional throughout the entire process.

12/9/25 - Angel Avendano was very courteous and professional throughout entire process. He explained what he was going to do regarding our furnace and if we had any questions to ask at anytime. After replacing the air filters he recommended we do so ourselves each month. I updated my calendar to remind me to replace the air filters each month.
