I had such a great experience from my very first phone call. I called late in the day and I thought I missed the front office, but they returned my call almost immediately and were able to come out the very next day. Everyone I spoke with was extremely professional, friendly, and helpful.
Taylor arrived right on time and was incredibly thorough, informative, personable, and honest. He took his time inspecting my home and never made me feel like he was rushing through the appointment. Since I have never dealt with a pest issue before, I had a lot of questions. Whenever I didn’t understand something, he took the time to explain it in simpler terms without ever making me feel uncomfortable for asking. He was also very sympathetic to my situation and genuinely made me feel heard.
Taylor gave me different options and explained everything clearly, but I never felt pressured or like he was trying to oversell me on services I didn’t need. He helped me get a great game plan together. I truly feel confident that I chose the right company, and I’m looking forward to finally seeing the major pest problem in my home resolved.
I highly recommend this family-owned, community based company *especially if you want honest, personal service from people who genuinely care about helping you instead of treating you like just another number.

Had a squirrel chewing my house down. They installed a trap and came repeatedly over the past several days to check the trap and removed two babies for relocation. They are still trying to catch the mama and will also be patching the hole with exclusive material. They put a different trap and sealed the hole beautifully 👍 Such great service I decided to let them handle all my other unwanted beasts!

I called All American Pest and Wildlife for a raccoon relocation. They came out the same day I called and set up five traps. Within two hours, they trapped two raccoons and another one followed a few hours later. They came promptly the next morning to remove them from my yard and relocate them. Elisabeth was extremely communicative throughout the entire process and very upfront about their service and pricing. I would absolutely hire them again for any pest services.
