Nous somme premiers acheteur et avons fait affaire avec AL inspection en octobre 2025. Nous avons été référé par notre courtier et avons adoré notre expérience. Elaine a été super patiente, minutieuse et a depassé nos attentes.

We had an extremely disappointing experience with AL inspection. The report we received was unprofessional, disorganized, and virtually unintelligible for both buyers and sellers.
The majority of the points lacked clarity. Specifically, we encountered several major issues:
Disjointed Information: The textual descriptions of issues were frequently separated from the corresponding pictures, making it nearly impossible to connect the written observation with the visual evidence.
Lack of Coherence: The overall report structure and language made very little sense, leaving all parties involved confused about the actual state of the property. This failure to clearly communicate findings created unnecessary friction and stress in the transaction process.
Ultimately, the report's low quality and confusing nature made it useless for informed decision-making. We were forced to hire a different, independent inspector to conduct a complete re-inspection to get the clarity and professional detail we needed. This resulted in significant extra time and expense on our part.
We strongly advise potential clients to look elsewhere for a reliable and professional inspection company

Sammy went above and beyond for our inspection. He looked at the entire property and gave real time feedback. The next day, he followed up with a call to debrief one more time and delivered the report in a day. Highly recommend.

Samy and his team recently completed a home inspection for us, and I was genuinely impressed by the professionalism of their team. They didn’t just walk through the house—they took the time to explain key findings in detail, helping us understand both the immediate concerns and potential long-term issues.
They also went out of his way to access hard-to-reach areas, including tight crawlspaces, demonstrating a level of dedication that goes beyond a standard checklist. Honestly this is something that I haven’t experienced before!
