Glow is such a wonderful, vibrant, welcoming community! The staff are super warm and welcoming, and each instructor is incredibly kind and encouraging, assisting all levels while also challenging you to explore new edges. I was hesitant about heated classes at first, but have absolutely fallen in love with the post-class glow (pun intended!) ✨

I cannot say enough good things about Glow Yoga! I have been a member for a year and have grown so much in my practice, both in terms of my confidence with poses and understanding the meaning behind yoga. Glow offers so many different ways to practice yoga, from Power to Slow to Yin to Restorative, I have never found myself "bored" because each instructor adds their own variations. There are also additional classes offered to practice the fundamentals and experience more of the meditative benefits of yoga like inversion workshops and sound bath restorative yoga. Besides the yoga, they have the BEST smoothies, it is my favorite treat after a hot yoga session! Love, love, LOVE Glow ♡

This past weekend I went to the Power Hot Yoga class, and the scheduled instructor was out, so Arianna covered. I just wanted to share what a wonderful experience it was. Arianna was fantastic with her energy, guidance, and pacing, and she made the class very enjoyable. The atmosphere was great, the studio was clean, and the music really added to the overall vibe. The people in the class were also very friendly and supportive, which made the experience even better. I had ordered a smoothie before class, and it was ready for me afterward. I got the Mermaid smoothie and it was delicious, the perfect way to end the session. Overall, it was such a positive experience. I really enjoyed the class and would absolutely recommend it!
