I called and cancelled my ride that I originally thought I needed for a small operation. The dispatcher didn’t let the driver know, so the driver showed up anyway. Long story short, this place is now sending me an invoice and calling me to pay for a service I never received because of their mistake. Do not recommend.

In such cases, this is considered a no-show under our policy.
