Really good service provide by Nouman very helpful and efficient and tried his best to accommodate our needs.
I used Alhadi Travel for my Umrah package, and although I initially had some doubts about the company, they ultimately delivered everything they promised. I was very happy with the price I paid for the package and with the overall service.
The airport check-in, hotel check-in and check-out, and the arrangements throughout the journey all went very smoothly. Agent Mariyam was very helpful and delivered everything she promised.
I did have a few hiccups before we travelled, particularly regarding the hotel check-in number. I would have preferred to receive this information earlier rather than only 12 hours before departure, as having it in advance would have given me more reassurance and peace of mind.
However, once our Umrah journey began, everything went very well. I didn’t experience any problems during the trip, and overall, I am very happy with the service I received from Alhadi Travel.
I would definitely travel with them again and would happily recommend them to my family and friends. Thank you to the Alhadi Travel team, and especially Mariyam, for making our Umrah journey a smooth and enjoyable experience.
We had a wonderful experience booking our Umrah trip with Alhadi Travel. A special thank you to Amina, who was incredibly friendly, helpful and communicative throughout. She answered all of our questions and gave us plenty of options to choose from. Everything was well organised, including our transport, and we were very happy with our rooms. The whole trip went smoothly and we had an amazing experience. Would definitely recommend!
Amazing service, really recommend Nouman and his team they were very reliant and kept providing updates regarding our booking and visa application. Nice and smooth process and hope to go with again in future inshallah.
My first Umrah with Al Hadi Travel 🤍
This was my first Umrah, travelling as a family of five with my parents and disabled sister, so naturally I was nervous about the logistics. I randomly found Al Hadi Travel through Google, and Hassan Usman genuinely made the whole experience much easier than I expected.
What stood out was his communication and attention to detail. He helped organise our hotels, airport and train transfers, tickets, timings and even gave detailed information about luggage allowances and baggage weights. I asked him SO many questions 😂 and contacted him multiple times, but he remained patient, responsive and explained things whenever I needed clarification.
Our transfers were smooth and on time, the Makkah hotel location worked really well for us, and even after reaching Madinah I could still contact Hassan about the next stages of our journey.
I think it’s important to judge a travel agent on what is actually within their control. Hassan cannot control traffic, crowds, weather or airports, but everything that was within his control was handled extremely well.
I expected travelling for my first Umrah with five family members to be incredibly stressful, but I reached Madinah genuinely thinking, “How was that actually so smooth?”
Hassan organised everything well enough that I could focus on the reason I came — performing Umrah with my family.
May Allah reward Hassan Usman for his patience and place barakah in his work. Genuinely grateful. 🤍
This was my first Umrah trip, So I was slightly nervous as I wanted to make sure everything was arranged accordingly and I didnt miss anything. Al Hadi Travels and Sister Aeman made sure everything went smoothly with no issues.
Sister Aeman from Al Hadi travel was very helpful throughout my Journey, From Booking flights, Hotels, Arranging Ziyarat for sight seeing masjids and historic sights for both Makkah and Madinah to making sure she was reachable throughout my journey. She was very helpful and made sure she was there via whatsapp all the time if needed, Checking in to see if I had landed to making sure I met with the Umrah guide and so on.
I would recommend Al Hadi and Sister Aeman if you are considering an Umrah trip.
Taha was an amazing agent who helped me a lot trying to find a good package he answered all my queries and always responded fast. Thank you Taha for all your support. May Allah swt reward you ameen.
Abdul Raffay has been so great in assisting me in finding the perfect Umrah Package. Absolute delight with excellent manners!
Although our Umrah trip has not yet commenced, I have been extremely impressed with the service provided by Ehtesham at Alhadi Travel. From the beginning, he has been professional, polite, responsive, and genuinely helpful.
He has consistently kept me and my family updated, answered our questions patiently, and supported us even outside of his scheduled working hours. Ehtesham has truly gone above and beyond to make sure everything is clear and well organised for our upcoming journey.
His excellent customer service has given us real confidence and peace of mind ahead of such an important trip. I would highly recommend Ehtesham and Alhadi Travel to anyone planning Umrah. Thank you for all your help and dedication.
Had a lovely experience with Brother Ethesham, I caused him alot of trouble with not being able to confirm bookings over a 4-5week period due to work and costs. But he always checked up and ensured I got the best for my trip.
Ready appreciate all he has done and has always kept in touch even out of hours! Very recommended.
Ehtesham was very helpful and did his best to help us find the right umrah package for us. From the very first minute he was so attentive and understanding of our situation. It meant a lot. Will definitely be coming back in the future.
Ehtesham! what a brilliant guy. honestly the best service ive ever experienced from any travel agency. the way he asks his questions and listens to what i exactly wanted and delivers it within a short amount of time bearing in mind he is helping others simultaneously. honestly amazing prices and very reliable place. i would recommend to anyone. very reassuring aswell when i wasnt sure if they were not legit. but ask away and you shall receive the answers you hope.
Do not book with this agency. They have proven to be untrustworthy and misleading customers. Personally
Experienced hidden and unexpected charges after paying them for a service. They charged us for 2 kids when it knowing and assuming free stay at the hotel booked
I make an enquiry for Umrah package and Armaghan help me out for finding best package. Thank you
Alhamdulillah Amazing experience I had with my family everything was perfect no complaints
Insha’Allah will go with them again highly recommended May Allah expand the business an reward them Insha’Allah Ameen
I’ve booked my Umrah trip through this business and, although I haven’t travelled yet, the process of getting everything arranged and sorted has been very smooth so far. Ethesham has been helpful and responsive, and overall I’m happy with how everything has been handled.
Sometimes there can be quite a few calls, which at times has felt a little excessive. Other than that, the booking process has been straightforward and hassle-free.
Hopefully the actual Umrah trip goes just as smoothly. So far, I’m happy with the service and would recommend them based on my experience with the booking process

My journey with Al Hadi Travel started quite unexpectedly in December.
I was going through a very difficult and emotional period in my life, and one day I impulsively started looking at Umrah packages. I honestly didn’t know where that search would take me, but I made a simple Google search and contacted a few travel agents.
Al Hadi Travel were the only ones who got back to me the same day. From that very first conversation, everything felt easy. Brother Yawar was incredibly helpful, patient and efficient, and he started talking us through dates and packages straight away.
We were offered a package that was honestly so good that it almost seemed unbelievable. Within 2 to 3 days, we had made the decision, booked and paid for our Umrah.
What I didn’t realise at the time was just how much reassurance I would need over the following months.
As our departure got closer, I had so many questions and worries. When the situation with Iran began and there were flight delays and uncertainty, I found myself feeling anxious about whether everything would go ahead as planned. Throughout it all, Brother Yawar was so kind and reassuring. He never made me feel like I was being a nuisance for asking questions. He spoke to us with genuine care and always made us feel reassured.
And that care didn’t stop once we arrived in Saudi Arabia.
Throughout our entire trip, Brother Yawar checked in with us almost every day. That meant so much to us because we never felt like we had simply booked a package and been left to get on with it. We genuinely felt looked after.
We stayed at Pullman ZamZam in Makkah and Saja by Warwick in Madinah. Both were comfortable and conveniently located close to the Haram, which made such a difference to our experience.
Looking back, I’m so grateful that on a difficult day in December, I decided to search for an Umrah package. What started as an impulsive decision became one of the most meaningful journeys of my life.
Al Hadi Travel made the whole experience feel safe, easy and personal. For us, it wasn’t just about flights and hotels. It was the reassurance, communication and feeling that someone genuinely cared about our journey.
We were extremely happy with our experience and would wholeheartedly recommend Al Hadi Travel to anyone considering Umrah.
We will definitely be booking with Al Hadi Travel again, insha’Allah. 🤍 May Allah reward Brother Yawar and the team for making our journey so special.

I will definitely be coming back for deals in the future.
