Would use again.

Alfonzo did an amazing job of helping me solve why I couldn’t open my garage door with the emergency release. Given that it was due to the way the garage door was catching on the surrounding old wood framing when being lifted manually and that my opener was at the end of its life span, the best solution for me was a new opener with battery backup. I’ve been very happy with the new opener in the 6 months since installation. Recently it stopped closing properly due to issues with the sensors. He talked me through how to solve it on a video call and when I wasn’t able to solve it he arrived 30 minutes later to secure the track so the sensors would consistently align. Alfonzo will be my go to for all future garage door needs.

Thought I needed new springs but the tech said they just needed to be retensioned. Adjusted everything and now it works fine. Saved me money by not replacing parts that didn’t need replacing. That’s the kind of honesty I appreciate.
