After a short chat, Alex sends you a link no real quote, no conversation. You're expected to select "Tint Removal – $250," pick your tint type $500 plus, and how dark you want it. The total adds up fast, but don't expect clarity or explanation.
He operates out of mummy and daddy’s garage, with no overheads, yet charges like a legit shop. No negotiation he hides behind the link because he can't handle direct questions or real business interaction.
Completely unfriendly and arrogant, he treats you like you’re beneath him, even though he’s just another backyard operator with no real setup.
If you want professionalism, proper customer service, and respect, go to a real tint shop. Avoid the garage hero with the ego.
I always aim to be upfront and efficient by providing detailed pricing and service options through our online quoting system, which is sent via a link. This system is designed to ensure complete transparency, avoid any confusion or hidden costs, and help customers clearly see a breakdown of services, film types, and pricing before booking. It also connects directly to our scheduling system for convenience.
Customers aren’t required to select their film or tint darkness upfront, those fields are simply there to help us manage inventory. The total cost may vary depending on factors such as the need for existing tint removal or your chosen film type. That said, our pricing remains competitive within the market.
I want to specifically address your suggestion that I was “hiding behind a link.” On the contrary, the quoting system is in place to provide clear, accessible information and streamline the booking process. It’s worth noting that your feedback was submitted through a Google review, without direct communication. We have many customers named David in our system, and without knowing who you are, I’m unable to follow up personally. I’ve always been available via phone or text for any questions or clarifications and I remain so.
While I operate from my property, the equipment, materials, and quality of work I provide meet professional industry standards, as reflected in the feedback from many satisfied clients. My pricing reflects not only the quality of the film used and the time taken on each job, but also business expenses including insurance, tools, software, advertising, and utilities.
