Great service from Moorfield private and Alex Day throughout my experience of LASIK to correct my short-sightedness. Alex offers great confidence that the procedure will be completed to a high standard and I felt safe throughout. All of the staff I came across were friendly and professional. My vision is now better than 20/20, and results have been wonderful. Really glad I went for this procedure and had it done by Alex at moorfields.

Fantastic experience having LASIK surgery with Dr Day at Moorfields. From the first consultation through to the procedure itself, the whole team made everything feel calm, professional, and genuinely reassuring. I am so happy with the service and treatment I have received and completely delighted with my ‘new’ eyes. Every step has been explained to me and I felt confident and reassured to go ahead. I have my eyes done separately and after each operation, Mr Day and his assistant Aurelia called me to see how I was. The paper information I was given was very easy to understand and very clear. I was told that I could call anytime if I had any questions or problems. I cannot recommend this procedure enough. It was totally pain free for me. I contacted the clinic to ask about eye drops to use at bedtime, I phoned Aurelia and she sent over a list of suitable drops immediately. And the issue of dry eyes has subsided.
