Lost car key that was quite specialist. Alex sorted a replacement same day that required a lot of work but he ensured I was back up and running…12 months on and needed another key programming…Alex had the previous details which meant a new key was made in no time at all. Really quick, really knowledgeable offering sound advice and not just trying leverage what he can and really friendly. Also reasonably priced which is also a bonus!
Came out with 30mins notice late in the day and kept me up to date with what he was doing, even recommending where I would get more value from the main dealership and pointing out items on the car I wasn't aware of!
Can't recommend highly enough.

Very polite and helpful did a fantastic job good price 1/4 of the price I was quoted from the manufacturers.
