Tax credits was not something top of our agenda, but the Alexander Clifford team convinced us otherwise through a series of calls in which they got to understand our business. Then they coached us to prepare the right materials, answering the questions in the right way and dealing with the terminology. It is hard work for both sides, and sometimes a bit frustrating as we tried to get all our work onto paper! They then managed the submission process and we were successful our claim. Thank you guys and yes will be back!

Service is as claimed, good, detailed and it generated results. It took a bit due to new regulations but once we sorted all bits everything went fine. Once application was submitted we have received funds in less than a month. Service is more expensive than others but given very high success rate price is justified.
